Woolworths Highland Park

One of the stuff working at recaption just now. It is very rude and racial discrimination. My kids just want to ask a price and he said go away and find your mom and suddenly a small toy Slid from my kid hand onto the table. And my kids said can I have my toy back, he said NO, what is the problem with your stuff?????!!!!!!!

Woolworths Pakuranga, located inside Pakuranga Plaza at the corner of Ti Rakau Drive and Pakuranga Road, offers a convenient and reliable shopping experience for the local community. Open daily from early morning until late evening, the store provides flexible hours for a wide range of shoppers. Despite the plaza itself facing ongoing issues such as construction, empty storefronts, and a generally quiet atmosphere, Woolworths remains a busy and well-stocked supermarket that continues to attract regular customers.nnInside, the store is clean and easy to navigate, with wide aisles and clearly marked sections for fresh produce, meats, bakery goods, frozen foods, and pantry staples. Many locals appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenience of plentiful parking and access to nearby services within the plaza. While customer service is generally praised, some shoppers have noted issues like pricing discrepancies on shelves, cold air conditioning, or occasional stock problems with online orders.nnStill, Woolworths Pakuranga holds its place as a dependable and practical option for everyday grocery needs. It offers a consistent range of essentials along with multicultural items suited to the area’s diverse population. Despite the dated feel of the surrounding mall, the supermarket continues to operate efficiently and plays an important role in meeting the needs of the community.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the service desk today. While the issue was eventually sorted out, the manager’s communication style was completely unacceptable. Instead of handling a routine customer inquiry calmly and professionally, they were incredibly aggressive, rude, and argumentative. It shouldn't require a stressful, exhausting back-and-forth argument just to get a basic resolution. There is absolutely no need to treat customers with such hostility. Technicalities aside, the lack of manners and poor attitude from store leadership was shocking. I will be avoiding this branch in the future.

Clean and tidy, but the best thing was how friendly everyone working there was. I asked three different people where to find various products and they all walked me right to the exact spot – I was really impressed. In other supermarkets, they usually just tell you the aisle number at best.nnI’d 100% recommend this supermarket, and the ham is cheaper than at the competition.

Just some feedback. I used to use the click and collect service when there were lockers. The new click and collect process is now ridiculous - staff come out 10-15 minutes after your arrival and you’ve lost a customer to howick who still have the lockers. Defeats the whole purpose of ‘click and collect’ - it is very frustrating and considering how Woolworths has increased the fee for click and collect, you should consider bringing back the lockers.
