Woolworths Botany Downs

After spending 100 dollars on groceries i was asked if I paid for them at the self service checkout,and was also asked by staff to see my receipt I always shop at this countdown and found this very offensive yes im brown,yes I went back to lay are complaint but received an apology instead. I work at are company that makes kitchens wardrobes&benchtops for homes all over NZ which makes are decent amount of money. So I did have money to spend!!! Yes theft is really bad these days but please have someone monitor the self service checkout properly instead of pointing fingers at the only brown person!

Very clean shop well organized price are correct display things were there in the fridge and on the shelf its make me do my shopping easier

Very well stocked and spacious. I found this countdown to have almost everything. Also has a pharmacy inside the store. Quite spacious. It can get busy during peak times. Staff are helpful. Abundance of parking including undercover. Centrally located. Can be a bit tricky getting in and out during peak times and one way roads.

This was my first time going in to this store, the store was clean and tidy, went in to get my usual loaves of bread as PNS did not have them! I would recommend to anyone to shop here as the atmosphere is good and all the shelves were quite filled. I will surely go there again to shop
