Woolworths Botany Downs

My husband and I love doing grocery shopping at Countdown Botany as there are many parking spaces for customers.nnWe love Countdown Botany most as the shop there is always clean and tidy. Staff are nice, courteous, friendly and helpful.nnToday is the first day of the new reward system called Rewards. All customers have to download the apps with their mobile phones so as to enjoy the collection of points.nnWe highly recommend you to visit the shop when you live in Botany area.

Actually better than most Countdowns, wish there were more checkouts open and available tho. But still the superior countdown of East Auckland

A good branch of Woolworths with a good variety of produce. Lacks service and often extremely long queues for check-out. Definitely needs more staff and in a market where there are plenty of students desperate for jobs. Comes down to greed I believe as they are always short-staffed.

Very well stocked and spacious. I found this countdown to have almost everything. Also has a pharmacy inside the store. Quite spacious. It can get busy during peak times. Staff are helpful. Abundance of parking including undercover. Centrally located. Can be a bit tricky getting in and out during peak times and one way roads.

Found black mould in two different packets of the same product string cheese after I got home. Staff I spoke to were wholly unconcerned and offered me replacements from the same batch as the others... Gross. Hopefully they had a look at the stock/reported it to see if was a batch issue, but I'm not holding my breath.nnOther than that, relatively clean and typically expensive. They have some items that are hard to get elsewhere like lewis road comfort milk.
