Dry and frozen goods, with some high quality fresh cuts of beef. Often good deals on proteins cheeses, pork, chicken, lamb and quality beef - the beef being frozen and fresh cuts. Frequently much cheaper than any supermarket, short-dated items or frozen items that have never been thawed but just out of date. Clever shopping will see you manage your budget and survive lean times. Only downside is it's out of the way and hard to get to. So shop big.

Bought some stuff from here. It sells cheap food and snacks. Many items are close to the “best before” date or expired, but still good to eat. The shop is busy and a bit messy, but you can save money with good deals.

There was an issue o er 10cents lol.nnI noticed I was given 20c change instead of 30c which wasn’t a big deal to me. I mentioned it as a natural response when I saw 20cents and was looking for the 10cent coin and the staff explained that they round it down in the stores favour I then said out of principle that was not how it works. She tried to explain to me again, however I knew exactly what she meant and I know how it’s suppose to be rounded up. I told her I don’t care about the 10cents, but it’s proper to give it to the customer. She then insisted on calling her manager over to explain it to me which means this is how the staff are trained to give change back. This lead to a drama in the manager trying to explain they cant give the 10cents because of the way they round it down so they don’t lose out on a few cents and not as to how the actual till legally rounds it up.nnI told them I didnt want the 10cents but I just pointed it out as a natural response when I received the change and that, with ALL customers not just me that they should adhere to the principle of the transaction. I think she felt embarrassed that someone caught her out and she reluctantly opened the till and gave me the 10cents without a smile or sorry - she very unhappy to do so. As mention I didn’t want the 10 cents and they basically revealed that their ethics aren’t in line with decent customer service.nnThat floor manager should be ashamed of her service.nnI notice another customer review had a bad experience too and was accused of not paying enough and it ended up that Why Knot actually owed the customer money.

This was such a fun shop to visit. My second time here and I can confirm I bought quite a few things. Great shop. Customer Service interaction would could be better as staff seemed to be slightly hostile, but lots of stock available .
