PAK'nSAVE Botany

I recently went PKSV Botany shop again and it's food quality really worries me. Message to the shop manager: please pay more attention to your quality control, otherwise, people may choose alternative. I upload some photo for your reference.nn------------nnI got concern about the food quality. On 24 Dec 2023 afternoon, we went for food shopping for Christmas, and now it is 26 Dec 2023 Boxing Day morning, the broccoli turned to all yellow it looked fresh and all green when we purchased 2 days ago, the eye fillet steak is even worse, it turned to green color, it's so gross and stink. Photo of broccoli is attached, photo of steak is absent as my wife has thrown it to red bin. I can not believe PnKSave selling these unfresh food for Christmas!

My husband and I always do grocery shopping at PaknSave Botany as there are plenty of parking spaces nearby.nnMost of the staff there are friendly and helpful. However, the small-sized trolleys are always in shortage as most customers prefer to use these trolleys instead of big and bulky ones.nnDo get some small-sized trolleys at the trolley stations near the car park area as these Trollope are always unavailable at the trolley station at the entrance of the shop.

Quite impressed with the layout.nVery clean and tidy, most impressed with the cashier who was very careful with my shop so as not to crush my potato chips lol, usually they don't care and just throw everything into the trolley in no particular order and definitely no care.nMy 1st time shopping here so was pleasantly surprised.

The Cafe staff was very rude. We asked for few varieties of teas.but they are telling us no this is just the brand lemon grass is not the tea it's brand. We ordered tea. One black and one ice tea. Very upsetting the girl didn't even put the ice . I asked for ice tea. So what the weather is cold the word doesn't work her way. If she doesn't drink cold in winter that's not my problem. I do and this is very upsetting.nI received my ice tea without ice and in warm water.nnVery upsetting and bad experience. Very disappointed.

Love pak n save love to shop there. Excellent staff prices are great and plenty of parking. And also they have a fuel there aswell and you get discounts for it that's on your receipts after you do your shopping. So make.sure you use those discounts when pumping at their fuel pump .it's not hard to miss it its really close by .
