Checkout operator saying only two words “second time?” straight at me without any explanation getting me confused. After a while she explains someone looking similar to me bought the same quantity limited item so she is asking whether I came second time to bypass the limit. I was thinking wtf but still communicated with her politely that I did not come second time with full trolley of various daily items. Weird experience staff should be trained to communicate politely and reasonably not accusing someone out of the blue?

We went today for grocery shopping and same time thought to buy some beer. At the till they asked for both of us ID where I was missing my physical id but my partner got his driving licence. The manager asked the cancel the sale to the checkout operator without saying anything to us. We accept that as per law they are doing their duties. I asked him politely if I can go out and my husband can purchase other stock the manager was there didn't replied I asked him again sir can we do that he was keep saying doesn't matter. I asked him again and he was didn't bother rather then addressing us in the right way he just left from there. There was other customers and they advised yes you can do that so.nAs my husband went to get another one he was standing there and didn't said anything but when he comes out to checkout again then he comes and said very rudely it's all doesn't matter. I mean why you didn't said earlier when he was going to get another one rather than showing your attitude to us. Hw still left everything there and asked him that's what we were keep asking you that you weren't replying..nHe was in very bad attitude. No customer service at all.nIt's just the morning time no idea why he was so frustrated...nShould learn how to do the customer service from New World staff in the retail...

I would like to thank the security guard who worked in Thursday afternoon. We bought a lot of things and packed on trolley, but the thin package ham was left at the cashier. The security guy followed us a long way to the car park and sent that back to me. Nice and friendly staff there! Thank you all!

Well stocked in fresh produce and meat section. Gets busy sometimes but that’s to be expected. One thing that ruined my shopping experience was the self checkout area staff. Not very helpful especially when the system needs staff log in because the scale plays up. Tried to get attention of two different staff at the checkout area where they just looked at me and away while leaning on the wall. Do better

I recently went PKSV Botany shop again and it's food quality really worries me. Message to the shop manager: please pay more attention to your quality control, otherwise, people may choose alternative. I upload some photo for your reference.nn------------nnI got concern about the food quality. On 24 Dec 2023 afternoon, we went for food shopping for Christmas, and now it is 26 Dec 2023 Boxing Day morning, the broccoli turned to all yellow it looked fresh and all green when we purchased 2 days ago, the eye fillet steak is even worse, it turned to green color, it's so gross and stink. Photo of broccoli is attached, photo of steak is absent as my wife has thrown it to red bin. I can not believe PnKSave selling these unfresh food for Christmas!
