Woolworths Glenfield

These have been missing from the shelves for almost 4 weeks, so happy they are back. I love the ready to eat deli selection. Didn’t like the Tegal Louisiana ones you had.

Our regular supermarket. Heaps of stuff on special. What we were looking for not there. Nice and clean. Inside the glenfield mall. Heaps of parking out in the carpark. Very nice.

I went shopping today around 5:10 PM and checked out at a register with a cashier. The cashier was an Asian woman, and this was the second time I encountered her. On both occasions, she was rude and unfriendly.nnAs I was trying to put the scanned items back into my cart, she started placing the items on the side out of my reach. No matter how far I stretched my hand, I couldn’t reach them. Is it really that difficult to simply push the items forward so the customer can pick them up?nnEvery time I encounter her, she consistently shows the same unprofessional attitude, with careless gestures and without even asking if I want a receipt. I really hope I never have to deal with her again. It's disappointing that staff training seems to be lacking to this extent.

I usually enjoy shopping here, but my recent experience with one cashier was quite unpleasant. She greeted other customers with a smile, but when it was my turn, she rolled her eyes, and didn’t even tear off the receipt for me. I’ve now seen similar reviews from others. I hope the store looks into this and ensures all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

The stuffs behave very unkindly. I don’t know why they close all the cashiers except the self-service ones. There no signal in Woolworth Glenfield, so I can’t use my rewards cards.
