Shout out to all the lovely staff especially Hariharan who is very helpful, kind , always smiling & goes the extra mile & packs the groceries & even puts in the trolley. Very satisfied with his great customer friendly service. Great range of groceries, highly recommend Woolworths , Birkenhead.n5 stars.

Good shop. Has things that Paknsave doesn't stock, friendly staff. Plenty of undercover parking, small food court, bookshop, chemist, natural health products shop, Tank,

Me and my wife just experienced worst customer service experience in our life. Her name was “Tu Fun Chou”I might have got the wrong spelling. She pointed at us to go to another counter and never offered bags or receipts. We live in Birkenhead so We will track if her attitude changes or not.

Woolworth Birkenhead, prides itself with staff who are helpful, fill shopping bags without question, shelves are lined with produce to please and impress. The fruit and vege section, the first port of call for most customers always displays top notch produce. A pleasant place to shop.

This really is not a good store. Poor vegetable range and quality. Seems more expensive than elsewhere. Barry’s Point Road is superior. Currently drive there or to Vic Park New World for big shops. Birkenhead is for emergencies only even when I live about a km away from birkenhead.
