Woolworths Fraser Cove

Great parking. Great selection of product. Great Pharmacy. Great staff.nGreat blockages in the aisles. Why is the shop being restocked in the middle of the day in such a way that blocks the aisles? I was trying to get through an aisle around big crates that are a health and safety issue to the public and the guy stocking the shelf moves his box, totally blocking me and he couldn't have cared less. I ended up having to u-turn because he wouldn't move it. Thoughtless as. This used to be an awesome supermarket, but whoever is 'managing' it needs to change things.

Terrible service and staff at this store. There are no reductions on stock about to expire in one day and they have past best before chicken still on the shelf. I try to avoid this store at all times even though it's sometimes more convenient for me.

We bought a carrot cake for $32 on 7:26pm 26th July but we realised just after that another family member got another same one. So we went to return at 7:54pm. We just bought the cake and didn't take the receipt. The two duty managers demanded to see the transaction and we showed on the phone then one of them said it's not chilled anymore so we can't sell it. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

What is happening to this store! Empty untidy shelves. This is a big store, servicing a big part of the community, I often shop there and noticing the store getting worse in the past few months, out of stock items on a regular basis. Hope to see improvement with the new name rebrand.

Good for online shopping, just be aware the collection point is indoors and not outside like all the other Woolworths stores. You'll have to grab a trolley and go inside the collection boxes are inside the entranceway.
