Woolworths Fraser Cove

Great parking. Great selection of product. Great Pharmacy. Great staff.nGreat blockages in the aisles. Why is the shop being restocked in the middle of the day in such a way that blocks the aisles? I was trying to get through an aisle around big crates that are a health and safety issue to the public and the guy stocking the shelf moves his box, totally blocking me and he couldn't have cared less. I ended up having to u-turn because he wouldn't move it. Thoughtless as. This used to be an awesome supermarket, but whoever is 'managing' it needs to change things.

We bought a carrot cake for $32 on 7:26pm 26th July but we realised just after that another family member got another same one. So we went to return at 7:54pm. We just bought the cake and didn't take the receipt. The two duty managers demanded to see the transaction and we showed on the phone then one of them said it's not chilled anymore so we can't sell it. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

What is happening to this store! Empty untidy shelves. This is a big store, servicing a big part of the community, I often shop there and noticing the store getting worse in the past few months, out of stock items on a regular basis. Hope to see improvement with the new name rebrand.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Woolworths, Fraser Cove. Angela, a staff member there, handled a minor issue at the self checkout in a way that was out of character for a customer service worker. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she made an unnecessary scene in front of other customers in the check out area. She ended the interaction with a snide remark out loud in front of other customers which was inappropriate and left a bad impression. I hope the management address this issue and by god if she’s management please let me know so I know not to ever go back there again.

Used to be the regular place for the weekly shop. Maybe more the 'few items' after work now though, or the beer and wine run.nnFruit was mostly 'quick sale' today, same as any of the bakery products. Pineapples definitely turning off. Meat selection minimal. Multiple shelves bare. Probably more 'Notworths' - I think wool itself would complain.nnAnd please sort the trolley situation out - it's like driving through the CBD. Half the turning points are blocked by trolleys nearly extending to the other side, with two trolley guys pushing three at a time back inside.
