Always a great place to shop in town. Great customer service, enough parking, and loads of deals. However, Foodstuffs changed their paper bags that no longer offers handle to carry groceries. But overall wonderful experience.

Good for grabbing shopping if you are in town. However, I would reccomend the Pak'n'save at the Tauranga Crossing more as there's a wider range of things you can get from there.

The best shopping place in center. U can find everything and really food prices. We love to do shopping here

I want to return a pack of water that I brought literally 20mins ago because I brought the wrong brand and only relished it after my dad told me. It is my fault that I didn’t check what I brought carefully before I pay, but I don’t understand why they would refuse to return it for me. The lady at the customer service said that they will not refund anything that has left the shop, which I found is very unreasonable, as I haven’t even open the package at all.

A great place to shop.nBut there are a few items that I wish they'd bring back.nThe checkout operators are always on, which is great to see, when it's really busy.
