Anna the store manager went out of her way for me.nI entered the store on crutches as she was coming out a side door.nShe stopped to ask me if I was ok and I replied yes thank you.nI proceeded into the store but found that I couldn’t continue. My friend had caught up with me after parking the car but I felt unable to continue. Anna saw me stop and came to my aid she went and got a wheelchair and made sure I was safe and comfortable.nShe even offered to help me with my shopping.nnAnna was kind and compassionate her empathy was appreciated.nThank you Anna

It's a good place to shop but some staff are just hostile and frustrated. Can do better. Almost felt threatened by a staff just blocking my way whilst driving. No communication almost look like he wanted an altercation.

My colleague at work called PNS: Push and Shove which is literally true!!nEspecially for this store omg it's just the busiest all the time. Their price is literally cheaper than others.nFinding carpark - good luck with that.nShop first thing in the morning, it's not too bad. Otherwise, the isles are jammed packed with shoppers and their ignorance leaving their trolleys in the middle of the isle that is already full with the merchandisers and replenishers trying to restock at the same time. So trying to pass others it's grocery traffic jam!nnTheir seafood department is good tho! Fresh fish!

Recently Maui at the Seafood counter went absolutely over and above to make sure I had a fresh kingfish to fulfil an order I made. He was professional, kind and did such a wonderful job not only filleting and skinning the fish, but making sure I got a fish that was the correct size for my needs.nnIm very greatful, as I had already enquired multiple other places before I was able to find someone who could fulfil the order. Thank you Maui!nnPak n Save Tauranga as a whole has a great selection of everything, and great prices. :

Getting worse at stocking items I used to normally buy from here. Very bad actually. The staff however are friendly and helpful which brings them up from two stars to three stars.
