My husband had purchased a few bottles of wine and when putting them into the car the box containing them gave way and a bottle smashed. The delightful lady in click and collect came to help clean up . She was so helpful and replaced the broken bottle.nAMAZING.nWell done to staff training.

Overcharged and Terrible Customer ServicennI recently had an awful experience at this Pak n Save. I was overcharged for an item, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they started arguing with me instead of resolving the issue.nnThe customer service was appalling. The staff was rude and dismissive, showing no interest in correcting their mistake. It felt like they were more interested in arguing than helping a customer.nnI am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. If you value fair pricing and respectful treatment, I recommend avoiding this supermarket.

Staff is rude. They sell recalled products and when you try to return them they will throw you out using security. We had 2 yr old son with us and still called security to throw us out of the shop. Surprisingly they don't even give you a feedback form to put your grievance. Pathetic service. Pathetic attitude.

This was my first time doing online all the ordering. However, it may be my last.nnMy first order was missing five items and I had to ring and get them credited back to me. I don’t think this is good enough.nnIf they are scanning the products as they are putting them in, why was I charged for products I did not get.
