I have realised that seldom do lunches attached to tours do justice. Mixing a tour with food is always a mistake. The choices are limited, the seating area is not the best. Had lunch at the Wild Estate on the beautiful Waikehee island. The wine was good. The olives were local. The burger was also good
Just steps away from the Hop On Hop Off drop off, Wild had so much to offer. We came in for a wine tasting, and since hubby doesn't drink wine, he had a cocktail, which they offer a wide variety as well.nThe wine tasting was nice, the description and knowledge of the server was educational. We left to try other wineries, but returned a short while later to have lunch. The food was amazing, and since they are also a brewery, I tried one of their beers also good!nThey have a ton of fun lawn games including archery and skeet for those interested!nSuch a fun and beautiful place to spend an afternoon.
10/10 experience. Chilled vibes ; the customer service was top notch and surrounds were ideal to relax. Lawn games for the kids or big kids like me were a hit! The birds and gentle music really made it an experience to remember. Kids loved the playground too

Amazing wine selection, good food, and so many different activities for the young or older souls.nnSpecial thanks to Nacho aka #WildNacho and Josh for your incredible hospitality! Can't wait to go back soon
We really enjoyed our lunch here. Nice drinks, very friendly staff with greats views from their gardens and deck. The restaurant inside its also really pretty. We loved the casual and chill energy of the place. Highly recommended.
