Usually I don’t leave review for hotel , because mostly it reflects on the price / location / quality .nnMyself as a have been traveling around the role and staying in many different kind of hotels. West Meadows Hotel is just truly exceptional.nnOn top of other reviews, I could highlight :n- the offering is not a motel, it is close to a mid / high end service apartment.n- they do provide stereo system and reasonable shampoo and body wash .n- the furniture doesn’t look cheap .nnI will be definitely come again if I am coming to Wanaka.
West Meadows Motel offers luxury accommodation at an affordable tariff. Our one bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and the well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and provided us with a great night's sleep. Rainbow was so friendly and engaging and a complimentary upgrade was graciously received. We appreciated her local knowledge and recommendations for the best places to eat and enjoy a great view of the lake and surrounds. I wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely our first choice when we return to Wanaka. Thank you Rainbow!
We absolutely believe this is one of the best stays within its price range around New Zealand at least for us!. The standard is so much higher, similar to those in Asian countries where service is #1. We were greeted by a neat, tidy and smelling good room. It was spacious as well, I didn't thought it would be this big to be honest.nnThe amenities provided were top notch, we also got a free milk during our check in! In the room, there were bath robes and bedroom slippers. Everything was so clean and smells really good.nnI am sure that they are taking a really good care of this place. Very recommended!! Worth every money.
Staying at the West Meadows Motel during our trip to Wanaka to celebrate my daughter's birthday was an absolute delight! The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed, complete with a spacious bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was ideal, providing easy access to Wanaka's attractions, making our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely return for future visits. Highly recommended!
I really enjoyed this place. It was surprisingly very clean/modern. The host was fantastic and nice. She gave us some recommendations for restaurants and places to go to. Highly recommend it.
