Audrey is wonderful to work with very pro-active in her approach to property maintenance.We have even been called to look at investment properties to give the potential buyer a good idea of costs to get property up to standard before they have pushed the button on the property. Following on from there if our prices are felt to be reasonable we get the work, saving time etc. before property can be rented. If we had investment properties on our portfolio,Audrey would be our go-to 100%
