After having my property listed with another agent for four months and having no real success. The decision was made to switch agent and sell with the most trusted name in town Jeannie Boswell. It has taken me over a week to get this review as I never expected such a quick turn around on the sale of my house. Some claim that bad experiences are always the one that people remember and extend to others. In this instance it is quite the contrary. It was my earlier experience of Jeannie and her team that allowed me to jump straight to her when I wanted to list my property. Jeannie’s candor is incomparable with others that I have worked with. She has a quality and warmth that really does set her apart from the rest. When buying and selling with this team it really is a seamless operation that exceeded my expectations. In fact, I found myself in receipt of advice, support and updates throughout every step of the process, allowing me to not only be in control of what was happening, but able to make decisions with full confidence. I always live by measuring twice to cut once however when it comes to real estate, there was simply nothing to measure, the best was clearly obvious.
