My Partner and I we’re looking for our first home.After lots of searching and a few missed offers we came across Lily Beck whom we found was the only agent who took us under her wing and became our buyers agent to help find us a property that met our brief and ticked both of our requirements. We felt she went out of her way to help shortlist properties of interest within budget even under which was great in this crazy market. Lily found us our first home. As first home buyers, Nina Johnston-Treder, and support from David Klue, were amazing! Nina took us out to view multiple properties in our price range and surprised us with a gem that we hadn't considered as it was originally out of our price range. We're so happy to call that gem our new home and couldn't have done it without the persistence from Nina to find us the perfect place to call home!
Property Brokers is by far the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful. The Property Brokers marketing/creative team is top notch. Highly recommend.
You guys are absolutely useless. NEVER RENT YOUR PROPERTY OUT THROUGH PROPERTY BROKERS. You guys never answer any emails, you guys always pay rent late. You never even update the landlords with what’s going on with the property, even when there’s been a change of tenant we pay you $60 a week for what? FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. You think getting you guys to rent it out for us it wouldn’t be such a headache, but it’s been nothing but a headache for us, You never answer calls or try to resolve issues, I’ve left emails to multiple different people, never heard anything back. I feel absolutely ripped off from you guys. The service is trash. Go to a completely different company all together to rent your property out.
Brought a house a while ago, but it was an outstanding process. The team are great, and the agent in particular went above and beyond. I would highly recommend.
Pretty judgemental pack.. After kicking me out due to the useless owner I was told they would help relocate me..that changed after using my personal life against me. Yet I was I house proud tenant...paid rent on time.
From the tenants point of view they will ensure that the house is compliant and get the heating, insulation draughts done. A large number of houses for sale as well as on rent. Staff goes under training so we know we all get a good service.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone wanting to rent out there house! Especially because property brokers says if tenants miss rent payments that they would cover it, well that is absolutely not the case! Every time there is always problems when the rent money comes through, they always cut me short and always miss a weeks worth of rent and pays late! Also as a landlord, you would hope that your property manager makes sure the property is getting looked after, but I haven’t had a good experience, always needing to constantly follow up with the property manager about how the lawns haven’t been done in 2 months, why should I be the one checking up on the property? What am I paying you guys for? The only reason it is now getting sorted is because I had to go on and on to you guys about it. As soon as my contract is over, I will be leaving it. As there always seems to be some sort of problem.
As young people looking at property, we often struggled to be accepted by potential landlords, we are so greateful Stanella, saw our potential & accepted us! She has been an absolute dream to deal with! We are greatful to have an amazing property broker who deals with any issue in a timely manner that suits our schedule! And even more greatful for the amazingly lovely neighbors & beautiful home
