Everybody needs a good home

Paul’s early teenage years were dominated by sport. Firstly playing schoolboy representative rugby then becoming totally consumed by competitive cycling where he went on to win many regional titles and also gain a national title on the velodrome and New Zealand jersey.

Very DRIVEN as a sports person, Paul is a highly motivated Salesperson.

At an early age Paul was employed by Peter Dynes International, he moved to Auckland for 6 years and successfully managed the sales of this company.

Cars had also been a passion of Paul’s and after being offered a job with Giltrap Motor group in Auckland, Paul embarked on a successful sales career with this Company.

Paul returned to Palmerston North when his father fell ill. Manawatu is where his heritage is, with his great grandparents arriving here in the late 18th century from Bantry Cork.

Paul went on to own and operate Cartown and was the owner of Carrera Cars for many years. During this time his interest in real estate developed with the purchase and sale of both residential and commercial investment properties.

With a life that has revolved around sales, negotiations and achieving some outstanding results, Paul is now fully committed to the residential housing market and achieving excellent results selling for Property Brokers.
