Had to get quite a few things printed out and in a specific way.nnDespite only two people working at the counter and a growing queue, Autumn patiently and methodically made sure everything was well done and did a final check.nnSuper happy with my prints, thank you for all the help!
There is ALWAYS a huge line for this place - they desperately need more/better trained staff to cope.
Worst customer service ever !! Place was a complete mess and staff sitting in back of store watching tiktoks!! I’m 72 years old I served in the war I deserve better!! SHAME ON THIS PLACE!!!
Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Staff seemed to not want to be there or serve any customers. I stood in line, I was next to be served and the guy just walks off to talk to another staff member who was just standing there doing nothing. Once they were finnished talking about there personal issue complaining about serving the customer before, we could hear you she decides to ask are you ok? Sort your staff out!!nnI wasnt the only one waiting to be served!!
I went there for passport photo printing and they asked to fill a form. After that another lady comes said camera lens broken. I wasted my time there and couldn’t done photo on the time.
