I usually shop at lush here and there, but today was completely different. There was so much clutter on the floor that I couldn’t get to my usual bath bombs. This would be a one star in my opinion but one of the workers asked if I was okay and she was lovely, she apologised for the mess. Lush please do better because today was appalling.

I was in the Hamilton store over the weekend looking for a gift for my friend and was welcomed by Chels who was amazing help. I gave her a couple ideas of what I wanted and she managed to find the perfect products. Great service!!

Taylah helped me today and was absolutely amazing! Showed me a whole bunch of products she thought I would like based off the scents I like I will definitely be back again soon to buy more!

Chelsea was very friendly and helpful! She help me made a decision regarding a couple of gifts! I'm very happy with my shop. Thank you! :
