I always get the best service from Taylah when I come here. She has the sweetest nature and is so helpful, while never being overbearing and full on. She has a really in depth knowledge base around the products and her recommendations for me or gifts for family members have always been on point!
Staff member was very rude, we didn't even get a chance to get into the store. She was talking to a friend and so we proceeded to walk past her to enter the store to which she pretty much rudely said we needed to get into the line *which was blocked by her and her friend talking and had no one else waiting in, she was rude and my daughter who was ready to spend her xmas money ended up asking if we can leave, as she didn't want to spend her money there anymore. After this interaction I left with a bitter taste in my mouth and what made it worse is I saw multiple other people enter in the entry we tried to enter in. Not sure if she was racial profiling but it did feel like everyone else was fine to walk straight in. Considering it's 2024 almost 2025 you'd think she would have learned that customer service is key with business. No matter, I will continue to share my experience with pretty much everyone I talk to. So to that lady Merry Christmas I hope the year gets better for you.
I did not expect to find a LUSH in Hamilton, and I was not disappointed. Located in The Base shopping centre, this store offers a solid variety of the shampoos, scrubs, bath bombs and more - replete with the signature scent of LUSH that lures you even beyond the mall's entrance.nnGigi was a particular highlight of my visit. She greated my boyfriend and me as soon as we entered the store, and she offered us an insightful, inquisitive and concise consultation to help him find how to get the best value out of his Christmas voucher with a shower gel and scrub that paired perfected with his usual shampoo. I'm an extrovert, he's an introvert; what I loved about Gigi's consultation was that it was quick and informative for someone like him, and yet opened plenty of opportunity for further discussion for someone like me. Thank you so much, Gigi!
