Went to hunting and fishing this morning to buy my partner his first fishing rod.nI had help from a lovely guy called Will who was extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating especially seen as I don't have a clue nVery knowledgeable too, set up the fishing rod and even gave me a mini tutorial.nDefinitely would go back for more info on anything I'm unsure of or if I feel like picking up a new hobby!nCheers Will
Went to hunting and fishing to buy my dad a Christmas present had lovely help from will would definitely go back to him for help next time. Very lovely to deal with and easy to talk to.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have had and it made me very quickly decide not to buy what I went in there to buy, the two lady’s at the counter were unwelcoming, I asked if they could show me the clothing that was in the packs and also if I could open a pack, one lady laughed under her breath at me, the other said “there are signs that say you can’t” and I didn’t see them as they were well above eye level. And then she was very snappy and moody with me about having to show me the clothes and scoffed that I didn’t just look for them by myself, when it was her job to help customers. The coldest customer service I’ve had in a very very long time. To add to this it was VERY quiet in the store and they were not busy, but she expressed that she was very annoyed that I asked her for help. Will never be buying from here again
Their prices are great, and there are many nice items. Some items are more expensive than in other stores, but I recommend them.
JOHN is the man orsome help went out of his way thank you all the team should listen learn this is what customers want from a salesperson honesty helpfulness was very informative thank you
