Great Store in Te Rapa. Good location and friendly staff
helpful staff but could use more of the staff having fire arms licence . This would be helpfulto sort the cueing in gun areas as some times your often waiting for long periodsof time., love all hunting and fishing stores
A great place to shop. Unlike other H & F outlets, these people actually cared or were attentive to my needs. Very friendly and good product knowledge. Came to serve me instead of Pukekohe style of chatting to their mates first.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have had and it made me very quickly decide not to buy what I went in there to buy, the two lady’s at the counter were unwelcoming, I asked if they could show me the clothing that was in the packs and also if I could open a pack, one lady laughed under her breath at me, the other said “there are signs that say you can’t” and I didn’t see them as they were well above eye level. And then she was very snappy and moody with me about having to show me the clothes and scoffed that I didn’t just look for them by myself, when it was her job to help customers. The coldest customer service I’ve had in a very very long time. To add to this it was VERY quiet in the store and they were not busy, but she expressed that she was very annoyed that I asked her for help. Will never be buying from here again
Normally, I would never leave a review, after being a loyal customer for many years now, I feel the need to share my experience after yesterday's visit dealing with Joe left me feeling belittled, frowned upon and disrespected for my lack of knowledge or having a different opinion or fishing style.nnEven asking simple questions or advice - he laughed, implying that it was basic knowledge I should already know and as a beginner to certain fields, it was hard to enjoy a new found hobby when he's laughing in your face and turning his back on you mid conversation and leaving me feeling like a burden.nnWhen shopping in future, I'll be sure to avoid him as the other staff are much more helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating in my opinion. If I do decide to go back.
