One of the worst customer service experiences I have had and it made me very quickly decide not to buy what I went in there to buy, the two lady’s at the counter were unwelcoming, I asked if they could show me the clothing that was in the packs and also if I could open a pack, one lady laughed under her breath at me, the other said “there are signs that say you can’t” and I didn’t see them as they were well above eye level. And then she was very snappy and moody with me about having to show me the clothes and scoffed that I didn’t just look for them by myself, when it was her job to help customers. The coldest customer service I’ve had in a very very long time. To add to this it was VERY quiet in the store and they were not busy, but she expressed that she was very annoyed that I asked her for help. Will never be buying from here again

Bought a gazebo before going on our camping trip. Staff were very helpful and the oztech gazebo sw bought didn't disappoint either. Very happy and will be back again.
Came in looking for a magnum silencer and some new boots but nobody would even make eye contact, too busy I guess. I'm going to Gun City.
