We wanted some curtains to replace our old ones and went to Spotlight after seeing their advert. We were searching the curtain area, but we're unable to find the right one. Enter the lovely lady, who looks after part of the shop, and within a few minutes we were sorted. Thank you for good service!!!
I was so amazed at this Spot Light Store. I found so much material that I wanted to buy. I could have spent sixty dollars and made at least four winter dresses or shirts. The store is massive and the staff are great. They have linen, furniture, material, curtains,I actually didn't get round the whole shop as I was looking at all the material. Plenty of parking I guarantee you will love it lol I did.
Very over crowded store, there is stuff everywhere and shelves are high. Cannot get a pram down the isles as they are too close together I imagine it would be the same for wheelchair users it was even hard passing by another customer down the same isles. No customer toilet so had to find one somewhere else for my child which is very inconvenient. One of the staff members was very rude at the checkout commenting to me when I was being served by a different staff member. Only reason its not a 1 star review is because the girl who did serve me was lovely and very respectful even after the other lady was unnecessarily rude. I also like the sales they offer although more accurate signage would be appreciated as it gets very confusing. Honestly such a shame as I love spotlight but I will just stick to online shopping from now on.
So grateful to be able to buy a longed for sewing table with a VIP card discount. Well done the procession of staff who helped find it among the alterations!
This store has so much to offer and such great deals. Bamboo pillow for 12 bucks. Craft storage bibs for 8 bucks. Appliances for 30? Just insane deals and helpful staff
