They have a good variety of products, and also a variety of prices, which I think is nice. This includes bedding, tableware, bath products, sewing and crafts, birthday decorations, costumes and others. However, I have been there twice looking for things that I couldn't find, such as A4 paper in the stationery and handcraft section. Although what needs to be improved the most is the visibility of the prices, some items are displayed without a price, which has also happened to me a few times and I had to go to the cashier to check, as there is no device to check.
Excellent range. Staff could be more proactive in helping people find what they need, especially for people who aren't sure of what it is that they need. Checkout service and greeting staff were pleasant though.
I went today to buy a fabric and a lovely girl attended me, Jay Jay; has great customer service. She advised me very well to get what I was looking for. She greeted me with a warm smile. I hope the company values ​​her work because that is the type of worker that makes a business grow. Thank you Jay Jay
The store has some really cool stuff and I've always loved going but they've just installed self checkout. When leaving I got blocked by a security man at the exit who stood in my way so I couldn't leave and line checked my whole receipt then checked every single item I bought on my hands bending and looking so as to not take it from me I guess?, even though I was one of two there and they must've seen me scanning and paying for my items. I work in retail so I understand better than most that theft is a huge issue but as a smaller woman in her 20s this was intimidating and I can't see myself ever going back again. A shame as I used to love going but there's cheaper stores that don't make me feel like a theif when I'm a paying customer that just spent 50 odd dollars on craft supplies...
There are some truly lovely staff working here ATM. We ordered these balloons for my daughter's birthday. They were amazing.
