My husband was in NZ visiting family and I needed some Kiwiana fabric couldn't get it in Australia. The lady that served him was so lovely and friendly and even gave him the member discount as I was a Spotlight member in Australia. I thought that was great service.
I'm enjoying the new layout of the store, however I wish there wasn't as much In the isle's. Makes it slightly harder to navigate especially with a trolley, or trying to get around people looking at items in the isle.nStaff are always super helpful, friendly and encouraging. Love the member specials too.
I went to Spotlight Hamilton's new opening today. I often check out Spotlight frequently when I need something. A huge improvement to the outfitting of the shop very similar look to Sylvia park now really nice. There is a lot more stock and a better range of in sewing and craft areas. Nicely displayed. I really enjoyed my visit there and will definitely be back.nIf you don't have a Spotlight card as well worth getting one is this can help us getting discounts.
Went to get balloon garland tape there and i couldn’t find it on shelves then i asked a staff member dont know her name but she had voluminous eyelashes she said its right there pointing towards next aislesi replied i am not able to find it and can you help me in which she said can you check online if it is showing in stock. I think that was her duty to check but anyways i did and it was out of stock however there was something similar available in store so i asked her can she guide me and she replied ‘just whatever is there ‘in unbothered way.nVery rude behaviour from a staff when you are actually supposed to help customers instead of being rude.
Huge store for all sorts of things, from fixing a hole in the shirt up to organizing a party. It sells a variety of sewing machines, cloths and the like. Customer service is decent and nice. It has plenty of parking space. Not too many toys though, so kids may be a bit disappointed.
