I ordered custom printed mugs as gifts, but unfortunately the final print quality did not meet my expectations.nnThe colours came out significantly darker than in my original design, and one of the flowers which should have been green-purple was printed almost black. In addition, both mugs had many small grey speckles across the white background between the illustrations, which made the print look unclean, almost as if the printing equipment had not been properly maintained.nnI contacted customer service to ask for clarification about their print standards and to share my concerns. I did receive a confirmation that my message had been received, however I did not receive any further response, and my feedback was ultimately ignored.
LOVE it....Some SNEAKY SUPER AS PRICES on some of the Stock....got to look carefully though and I know you will FIND.....AT LEAST.... ONE THING that APPEALS to you & or is EXACTLY what you NEED &&&&& most importantly at a FANTASTICALLY SUPER PRICE...nStaff helpful, Parking plentiful, a....nDEFINITE PLACE TO GO TO & SEE IF THERE IS SOMETHING/S THERE THAT SUIT YOUR NEEDS &&&&& CAN SAVE YOU A DOLLAR OR TWO
Dropped in to get a few pages photo copied. Just two people working. I seemed a trainee. Very slow. I needed 5 seperate documents copied some double sided. Longest doc was 4 pages. They all got put through double sided so the actual docs became mixed up. Just too hard to complain and get the job redone. Won't bother using them again.
Go in to get acid free packing paper, staff member serving someone so I check all the aisles see nothing and wait for staff member to be free. They didn’t even know what I was talking about and had to Google it then look on the store computer! Then they said it’s in aisle 6 so I have a look and nothing there! So I go back to the staff member to complain about their lack of knowledge and wasting my time, there’s a queue now of four people, I cut straight to her and she didn’t want to hear a word and expected me to go to the back of the queue before finally saying my complaint that she’d have no interest in! Of course I didn’t queue and told her if she is manning the warehouse stationery counter she should at least know the products on the shelves in that section!! Went instead to Nelson Packaging Supplies, quick, easy, knowledgeable staff compared to the pink hair dyed disinterested no knowledge warehouse stationery staff member.
Wow great shopping great variety good prices. Friend ly staff Good customer service
