Went in to get some printing done. Extremely poor service, only to be out matched by extremely poor customer service.nThe young lady there had absolutely no interest in engaging in a conversation about our printing needs. Glazed her eyes over and started staring in the opposite direction when she had to actually put in some effort.nnPut in a complaint to customer care online only to be fobbed off by some ridiculous excuse, apparently we would avoid these issues if we went in-store..um yeah we were in store as per the email if you had bothered to actually read it.nWorst experience of poor customer service and clearly a management team that enables bad attitudes.
Shocking communication from the printing department - a printing mug was apparently going to be done the next day, and we would receive a text notification that it was completed. 2 days later without text and 1 call that went straight to voicemail, we went to see them and they hadn’t started on the mug. After a phone call today to see what was going on, they said yes it’s done. Thanks for the text upon completionnot!
Went in to buy a gaming chair. The only one they had left was the display model that's been sat on by thousands of people and wheeled around for the past 6 months. Not only did they want full price for their 2nd hand chair, they wanted me to pay an additional fee for assembling it even though they had to assemble it to use it as a display anyway...so you want me to pay you so that you can use a chair as a display in your shop? Makes no sense.
Went there to scan a few pages the guy behind the counter was working by himself and was helping a customer there was a guy in front of me and another lady at the back.nnA total of 4 people in a Que and one of them was looked after. I understand the guy working behind the counter cannot help all of us at the same time so I was patiently waiting.nThen customer that was being served said it will take some time why don’t you ask someone to help you.nnI saw ELLANA hiding in a Que so I asked for help she told me to wait and told me other people working behind the counter are on a break. So I assumed she is not trained but then later I saw her taking payments behind the counter.nnThe printer is just 10 steps away if she is trained I would like to know the reason why she chose not to help her work mate and customers that are waiting to be served.
We just left the shop, very disappointed and annoyed.nWe were there at 4.40pm and we had to wait around 15 min in the queue to be assisted.nOnly 1 person before us, with a lady staff and she looked quite busy with the German guy. Another staff member offered us help, but then he realized he couldn't print, and told us to keep waiting for the girl because she knew more.nThen another woman maybe Philippine finally helped us, but she was very rude... warning us that 'this would be the last printing because we are closed' and we would need to come back tomorrow. We didn't even get to print what we wanted because she wasn't competent enough in terms of computer/printing skills.
