I got assistance from Daniel at Burnsco, Nelson, to buy a suitable rubbish bin for our caravan.nnHe helped me to choose an expandable/contractable model which will do the job well. He assured me that I can swap it at Burnsco, Picton, if it doesn't fit.nnI've found Burnsco staff to be knowledgeable and helpful when I've gone in for caravan supplies, and the discount for Burnsco members is good.

To make a review I need to give a star. They do not deserve that. There range is fair but nothing impressive. Their staff were rude and certainly not helpful. I will not be setting foot in that shop again. You have got to love the big chains. Hehehe!!!
Most of the staff have gone above and beyond everytime I have been in store. My latest experience has been excellent with the lovely lady following up with supplier feedback and great problem solving skills. I couldn't reccomend them any higher from my dealings with her. She has gone more than above and beyond.
