I had a fabulous experience at Spotlight Nelson recently. I was fortunate enough to be served by Jade and he was fantastic! I was finding it difficult to source a quality mattress topper and he went out of his way to ensure he found exactly what I was looking for! He was extremely personable and surprisingly knowledgeable for someone who said he had only been working there a relatively short time. Jade was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful and an absolute asset to the brand. He went above and beyond and that is a real rarity these days and very much appreciated
My wife and I were first time curtain buyers for our home and had no idea what we were doing but we did have measurements this time Deb from the furnishing department was fantastic. Her customer service was 11/10. She was so busy being the only person in that department. Served everyone with such care and detail even though the store is clearly understaffed. Her service needs to be recognized. Employees in retail never get the recognition they deserve. Well done to her! Shes a credit to the store. Deb I hope you managed to have a tea break!
I loved this place, its has so many thing, remind me of an american store wich i love called Michael's
Great amount of stock and discount if member. Easy to join. Good parking and useful amount of bedding and fabric. Still stock wool Lenin and pur cotton. Australian owned. Hard to get trolly around so much stock. Good for presents and bargains.
Lots of Stock...hard to choosenPrices competitive and specials were a great find...nStaff friendly & very helpful & knowledgeable....was a lovely experience for me.nA bit of Tricky Parking access at the moment due to the Road Works....but they have to get done & will be great once completed
