Excellent service received as a first time customer and the store had a 30-50% off everything sale, received a warm welcome and got some good advice on art canvases so I can begin painting in the Bob Ross style.nThese were also included in the sale so my canvas was half off! So I brought 3 of them

Staff very friendly and helpful,I'm a,regular customer and love to shop fabrics , I enjoy sewing, there is plenty of choice and affordable. Plus ready made items for home.
Great shop every thing you need
Terrible service. Asked staff member for help and the answer was you can ask but I probably won't be able to help. Other staff messing around with balloon display. So we went and spent a large sum with Briscoes. Really annoyed.
