Sarah, you have to be the most kindest, helpful and informative sales lady in NZ. Outstanding service from this lady today. We were passing through on our Sth Island holiday. BEST HF store in NZ! No one’s out there doing it like Nelson Hunting and Fishing! Fantastic knowledgeable staff, amazing range of gear across all sports! I highly recommend getting in to see the Nelson Team for all your hunting or fishing needs :D

I had a item that had been missing in the post from another store for a couple of weeks. When I explained to Sarah on the phone from Nelson Hunting and Fishing what had happened she sent me out a replacement item straight away at no extra cost since the item was still in stock at the Nelson branch. She went well above what was expected to make sure I was happy and that I got what I had purchased even though I had not purchased the item from the Nelson Branch. I received a follow up call from her a few days later to make sure I had received the item this time. Best customer service I have ever had. Thanks Sarah.
