Super friendly and helpful. Went in with some sunglasses that I bought there and were needing a warranty repair. I'd lost my receipt but they took the time to look through their system and track it down. They called the product rep straight away and sorted a new pair of sunnies for me. Really appreciated their willingness to help me out and not just give some excuse that they couldn't do anything for me.

The new store has no soul, not helped by the unfriended staff. Just smile and hello would be sufficient.
No customers service at all, and lazy staff. I bought two weather jacket last Saturday, spending at least half an hour. The staff were behind the counter chatting and never came to ask if we needed some help.When you spend over $ 300 you should get some service!
