Self-service my ass.nnOpen until 12am? Apparently not.nnDrove all the way there at 10:30pm to print some documents, only for the machine to take my partner’s $17 and not print a single page. Asked Warehouse staff for help and was told the people who deal with the printing usually leave around 7pm.nnTo top it off, the machine didn’t even give us a receipt, so the only proof we have is the transaction showing on our bank account.nnWaste of fuel, waste of time, and now we’re $17 short with no papers to show for it.

Virtually every time I come here the desk is understaffed and agonisingly slow, with a huge queue. It’s ridiculous and puts me off ever using it. I truly don’t understand why it’s this phenomenally bad.

I visited the store after reading online that they were open until 12am. I arrived at 6:40pm because I urgently needed to print photos from a memory card for a friend and colleague who had just passed away. I was already feeling unwell and emotionally overwhelmed.nnAfter waiting in a line, I finally reached the counter where only one staff member, Logan, was working. While I was trying to look through my printing options and decide on materials, Logan kept putting me aside to help other customers instead. Given the reason I was there, I really needed just a bit of support and patience, and instead I felt ignored.nnThen at 6:53pm, Logan told me they would be closing at 7pm and that I needed to email the photos so I could pick them up the next day. I didn’t mind picking them up later, but instead of checking the photos I emailed, he continued helping other customers with furniture and warehouse items. At 7pm, he finally told me I had spelled “Kilbirnie” wrong in the email and that they were closed now, so he couldn’t take my order at all.nnI was extremely upset. First, the closing time online was incorrect, which caused unnecessary stress. Second, I was not properly assisted throughout the process. And at a moment when I was already distressed, Logan showed no empathy, no urgency, and ultimately refused to help.nnI spoke to the manager of the warehouse, who said he couldn’t do anything either. The entire experience was pathetic, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing—especially given the sensitive reason I needed the photos printed.

Promised delivery in 2-4 days, Item never delivered and it's been a week... I now I need to pick it up... but i can't pick it up yet because they are extremely slow to process their stock and their staff wont even go out back and get it for me. Pathetic service. Avoid at all costs.
