Outstanding customer service by a gentleman named Peter.nI needed new sheers for my whole house and was lost at how to purchase. He took me through from choosing the right sheer for my needs till the end of measuring and naming each room so it’s easier to find when I install.nPeter was very knowledgeable and friendly and is an amazing asset to your team.nMy review would’ve been a 1star if Peter didn’t offer his assistance… I approached another lady for help and she pointed in the direction of sheers and said “over there” upon asking for further help she simply and coldly refused as it wasn’t her area.nI have received TERRIBLE service from this Wellington store before and if Peter hadn't saved the day, no matter how good your salesnare I would never come back.nWell done Peter, you really do have exceptional care & passion to go the extra mile your customers.

We went during a sale. It was packed full of people but we easily found exactly what we went for. The only negative aspect was the long line at the checkout with only two people serving. The aisle just wasn't big enough to accommodate the people waiting in the queue and other shoppers.

This has got to be the worst spotlight in the country. It’s messy and dirty and constantly has shopping carts full of merchandise blocking the aisles. It’s not uncommon for only one person to be on the counter and it’s clear they do not have enough storage as there are messy boxes everywhere. Things get moved around a lot making it hard to find items. There is also sometimes big gaps on the shelves where they haven’t stocked something. Felt is one of these items.nThe staff are mostly great but I do not know how they work in such an environment

I love this place!nnMy go - to store for anything to do with fabrics, arts and crafts, party wares, home accents and more! They have tons of wonderful choices in different colors, make, and types.nnWe have a few stores in Wellington and I’m enjoying this one. I usually go here for cushions, storage containers, home accents, aromatheraphy and cute fabrics and laces for my arts and crafts. They also have cute piñata , baking wares and accessories and more. You can customize curtains and blinds here.nnYou can also join their VIP cards for free to get more updates and discounts.nnThe store is packed but the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have discounts as well. The parking lot has enough space which is very handy.
