Just tried to return a product and had the worst service I have ever had in any shop. Rude staff reluctant to do anything despite having the information needed. Very very poor given how quiet the shop was. Just shop at any of the other better quality shops in Wellington.

One of the best places to buy carpentry items, clothing items, stationery, kids items, and home decor. especially everything for decorating your home. Also, you can buy garments as whole bunches or pieces. That's not all; there are a lot of electronic items and toys too.

I usually go here for cushions, storage containers, home accents, aromatheraphy and cute fabrics and laces for my arts and crafts. They also have cute piñata , baking wares and accessories and more. They always have discounts as well. The parking lot has enough space which is very handy.

I constantly go to Spotlight with high hopes and be able to get what I need. But this store is tired, the staff don’t seem to care about anything, let alone the customers. My last visit the woman behind the counter cut my fabric so poorly I lost 30cm, and when I went to cut my pattern there wasn’t enough fabric to finish my garment. This error cost me $75, wasted my time, effort and an item I can’t finish as the new bolt in store is a different dye batch. Accountability from staff or help to rectify the issue? None at all.
