Easy excess, good price only a small detour worth the savings.
Had downloaded app a couple of months ago and used l’pay from vehicle in Rotorua successfully. For some reason it didn’t want to know me today in Taupō.
It's a self-service gas station and, according to the Gaspy app, one of the cheapest in the Taupo area. The price at the time makes you appreciate the prices I've paid down in Lower Hutt. The forecourt had its reticent amount of fuel pumps, and even a brush to wash the windscreen I think. Overall, a good experience.
Was staying in the area for a couple of weeks. Self service pumps. Excellent priced petrol. Good quality fuel, I got more kms per litre consistently with each fill. Out of town in Industrial area, very small site only 2pumps tight access into sight. Economically worth the 2km detour to fill up. No good if it's raining as no shelter.
