Old man that is working there doesn't care about customers spending money or filling up petrol at all. Is even prepared to be rude when there are children around !!! Terrible!! I hope you go out of business for your horrible customer service !! SHAME ON YOU!! You would think at the age that you are, you would have better respect and kindness then be rude and grumpy!!!!
Nice store. It has a cafe in it and they make a decent coffee. Plenty of pumps, decent size shop floor, car wash, vacuum etc. Right in the middle of the shopping centre and not far off the main road along the lakeside.nThe instructions for the carwash are a bit nonsensical, winding up the windows comes before typing the unique wash program code into the keypad, which is outside the car. This is difficult to do with the windows up.
Terrible service this morning, both petrol service tills unavailable, a female making coffee while other employees were not serving people in the large que, discusting forecourt also. Never again.nSuper lazy employees.
Very disappointed by the male barista who made my coffee. Terrible customer service, I felt like ordering a coffee was just bothering him for no reason. Barely answering and being very passive aggressive in every way…
10:29 on 26/06/24 was met by the most rudest customer service lady of my life. The manager seriously needs to release this person from cashier counter service. Customer service was shocking. Cannot believe bp employs rude staff on cashiers. Seriously
