Absolutely disgusting, walked in to screaming music, dirty floors, smelly, empty shelves, served by the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever meet! Highly disgusted will not ever go back 23/9/2025 7:45pm
worst customer service ever by 2 young female staff members. Was not helpful at all when wanting hot food at 9pm at night after fulling up our vehicle. Tire pump was not working properly and car vacuum was out of order as well. Will never stop here again when passing through.
The best service ever last week. I came in and asked if anyone could help me with my tyres because my dashboard warning came on.nThe man who was serving me, Tame I think came out and helped me.nHe was really nice and warm
Nice store. It has a cafe in it and they make a decent coffee. Plenty of pumps, decent size shop floor, car wash, vacuum etc. Right in the middle of the shopping centre and not far off the main road along the lakeside.nThe instructions for the carwash are a bit nonsensical, winding up the windows comes before typing the unique wash program code into the keypad, which is outside the car. This is difficult to do with the windows up.
Tame at BP Taupo went above and beyond! He kindly helped me and my child check tyre pressure on a freezing evening and even taught me how to do it. Outstanding service – thank you!
