Our guide Rob was a legend. Made it clear what we had to do and was very knowledgeable about the local area. You start off on a few small lines to gain some confidence before tackling the bigger ones. Would gladly do it again.
Thanks for convincing me to take part. I hadn't read the website properly so didn't realise under 18s need parental supervision. We had such a good time. Instructions given were clear. There were about ten? ziplines of varying lengths and speeds. The last one was epic. Super fast.nAlso thanks for recommending the Marakopa waterfall, Piripiri cave walk and the Mangapohue natural limestone bridge. Made for a memorable day.
After you have done the Caves or even before. This is an absolute must. Zipline through the trees then across the hilltops, great for your first time or 100th.nnFriendly caring owner takes you through and really looks after everyone.
Fantastic experience! Loved every second of it! Great views on the big ziplines! Clean safety gear provided, and Rob was super friendly and informative throughout the circuit. 11/10 would definitely recommend
We had such an amazing time with Rob at the Waitomo Zipline. He was super friendly, a great guide, very helpful and very patient! He's also built the whole lot himself, which was really impressive! It was a great experience, even though we were just beginners and had never ziplined before. It was very easy to pick up! Rob even got some great photos of us! We had so much fun, we didn't even realise time flying. Thrilling, awesome views from the top but above all, a really friendly and awesome guide. Thank you so much for a great experience!
