Great place to stay with good facilities. Some are a little dated but good value for money. Loved the heated swimming pool at night listening to a morepork.
The staff go above and beyond to be helpful. It's always immaculately presented and they always tweak my accommodation to give me the view I want. The views and pools are great and pop down to the terraces with a discounted pass. Totally awesome place to stay. Selvia and Kingston
We had a lovely break here for 3 nights. Our room was very comfortable, we were in a Disability Suite and the bathroom was great. The distance to the restaurant was not too far and the food there was delicious. As usual the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We have stayed here several times and look forward to our next visit.
Outstanding service all round. Very spacious rooms and bathroom. Excellent facilities and fantastic deal! We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. Looking forward to coming back soon for a few more nights. Already booked again :
We visit this resort a couple of times a year. Kids enjoy the pools, which are massive and always heated. Great private spas and sauna available. Good location, handy to Taupo and attraction centres. Golf, tennis courts avail. You can hire a bike for local tracks.
Lovely resort and super friendly staff! Lots of amenities to choose from like heated pool, spa pool, sauna, tennis court etc etc. Food was great! We forgot our toiletry bag in the room and Wairakei couriered it back to us within a day - great customer service!!!!!!! Will definitely visit again :
