The customer service was lovely, and the location and grounds are nice. I’m sorry to say that that’s where the good ends, because everything else was disappointing.  Old, tired rooms that desperately need updating and some significant investment. Dirty and unclean - needs more attention paid. Rooms themselves really need updating and upgrading, they are a timewarp to the early 1990s. The pillows look like they’ve been around since the 90s too.  Filth on the floor and bench, curtains mouldy and see through and hanging off the rail. Musty smell in the room.  The rooms are also not at all private. They all adjoin, and you can hear everything your neighbour does - so hope you feel like making friends. I have stayed in shared bunks in your hostels which felt more private.  $210 paid for the night here, the literal Hilton was only $20 more expensive and I am certain that would have been the best $20 ever spent - a shame it wasn’t up to me.

Stayed last night after very long drive thanks to roadworks everywhere!  Loved the spacious room.  Wonderful shower and very comfortable bed. Nice and peaceful.  Thanks especially to Heather for her kindness and enthusiasm.  Will definitely return.  Tim and Judy McMahonRooms: 4/5

The staff at Quality Suites Huka Falls have been fantastic.  We managed to get a suit when the rest of town was booked out. It's well priced and for a really huge villa. The villa needs some work, but I dont think anyone but us would notice, as we are property inspectors and see defects everywhere.  Overall, great place to stay, and we we really appreciate them getting us in with two hours' notice. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfy. Great location, not too far from town by car. Quiet, safe area.  Rooms: Large rooms  Nearby activities: Huka falls

Location was good, could do with lighting upon enterance. Rooms were good size. What was very poor was when serving the rooms, no hands towels or bath mats were replace with no option to get any as office was closed until 9am. Toilet door and front door made terrible noises until I put soap on hingers and where the front door was sticking.Simple solution which could have been sorted prior to arrival.

This was a lovely place to stay with my young family. The rooms were clean, dry and warm. I appreciated how child-safe it was in little ways - no glass coffee tables or cords hanging around. The villas were spacious and well appointed, feeling like a proper house rather than a cramped motel room. Everyone was very friendly and the whole stay was effortless.  P.S my daughter wants to add that we found a real plant in the garden and worked out what it was we think. It was probably a verona tulip.

Very tun down and tired. Needs a good clean. Oven was dirty some of the lights don't work, empty wine bottles from previous occupiers.Rooms: 3/5

Bed was comfortable which makes a change, chalets  are old but in very good order and well appointed.  Would gladly stay again.Rooms: 5/5

My Partner and I stayed here for one night when we arrived the keys were on the door in a reception in an envelope and they highlighted the path to get to our villa. When we got to the villa there were twin beds, when we booked we asked for a king. I rang them to let them know and they were so kind they came so quickly and put us into another room with the correct bed. Then they said we wouldn’t have to pay for our stay. I even tried to offer but they said no it’s totally fine. The rooms were clean, nice and simple. They were warm the shower was nice. Totally recommend this place I have no clue what the other reviews are about this is a great place to stay for a good price.

This has the ability to be a very nice place to stay. Just needs some time spent on updating and cleaning. They must have been extremely busy. We had to help an elderly couple find their room. No one helped escort them.  The room wasn't what I anticipated. It wasn't over clean. there was used bedding in the wardrobe. Mold in the bathroom. Curtains were dirty. TV was in a weird place where you couldn't really watch it.  The lady who served us was lovely.  Just seemed under staffed.
