The sanctuary retreat was amazing - 3 pools to choose from, 2 are geothermal and heated up to 40 degrees. Looks out towards the lakefront. Then private geothermal bath where you can relax in your own tub with a platter & drink of your choice. You also get some mud to mask yourself with - so fun!, some sea salt & tea bag to add to your bath. Room also has shower with body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Then end your day with wellness massage. The interiors of the spa are gorgeous as well. Highly recommend.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The ambience was absolutely beautiful, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere. We were greeted warmly, and the welcome felt genuinely heartfelt. Staff took the time to explain the facilities, including a lovely karakia and some background on the site's history, which added depth and cultural richness to the visit.nnLockers were provided, and the changing rooms were spotless, complete with a complimentary robe to wear while moving between pools. Each pool was introduced with a thoughtful explanation of its temperature and features, making it easy to choose where to start.nnThe geothermal pool was a standout – incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. To top it off, the views were absolutely stunning, making the entire experience feel like a true escape.
- Absolutely beautiful experience!n- we took advantage of the $59 special going at the momentn- so relaxing, peaceful & tranquiln- you get yr own locker which has a white robe, towel & complimentary face lotion sachetn- bathrooms have complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash to use. Hairdryer available in women's bathroomn- staff were so friendly & professionaln- facilities were very clean throughoutn- atmosphere throughout the complex was just n- cafe food & drinks were beautifuln- gift shop available on siten- would def recommend to all!
Loved this experience and will be back again. Staff were amazing and made my birthday treat even more special with a few extra treats. Great space and pools. Highly recommended
Probably the nicest, cleanest, and most luxurious hot springs experience we’ve ever had!! We went off season so it was super empty and all of the amenities were amazing. Super clean and well maintained. The way they designed the experience to also be symbolic of the local tribes journey to the area was incredible. We did the 2 hour restorative journey, which I highly recommend unless you also plan to get a massage!
