Best spa experience ever in rotorua. We loved the various hot pools which is quite unique. Each pool has a different temperature and ph value. We left feeling really distressed and feeling like our body was thanking us for the rejuvenation. Our skin was so soft too. A definite must do if your in rotorua.
Really good service from start to finish. Went for the deluxe day spa with a massage. Was about $250nz each and well worth it. Spent about 90 minutes in the water, very few people around mid morning. Massage was excellent. We spent about 3 hours there and enjoyed every minute. All staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend for sure.
We went for the double dipper deluxe - so a private lake pool first and then more lake pools. Enjoyed the cold plunge pool. We were there in total about 3 and half hours. Staff were very accommodatingnwhen I emailed them to see if booking could be pushed back as got held up on the highway.nI nearly went for four stars only because I am comparing to some other English spas I have been to that are more luxurious ,but this is like no other . The toiletries and showers are lovely too .
I just booked some time in the pool. I came in thinking it was going to a luxury experience but it had more of a local vibe. Which was lovely. I just wished I had access to a private pool as a solo person.nnThe bathrooms were spacious and you can easily lock personal belongings.nnThe cafe was lovely and I was able to charge my phone. Would go again but maybe book a spa treatment.
Our first time to the spa… if you want super luxurious go to Wai Ariki I think but we got a good deal on the bookme website so decided to give this place a go. We did the Pavilion pools option. Actually felt that the pools were too hot at first hahaha but once we’d been there a while they felt good. We spent a lot of time in the main Rachel pool near the changing rooms - when we first got there the Rachel pool didn’t look so nice and had a strong smell but after we’d been around everything we decided it was actually our favourite!! And you could cool down a bit in it after being in the other hot pools. Would love to return in winter!! Also recommend going at night. They stay open til quite late.
