We had a great family private pool experience. Reasonably prices, spacious pool 2 Adults, 2 Children, friendly staff, and we were accommodated when we arrived early. We did not try the public pools, but there were a reasonable number of people there, so must be good too. Excellent views.
We had such a wonderful experience at the Polynesian Spa in Rotorua. We booked a deluxe private pool with a lake view, and it was absolutely stunning – the perfect way to enjoy a lovely, relaxing evening. The staff were, as always, so helpful and polite, which really adds to the overall experience. Every time we’re in Rotorua, a soak at the Polynesian Spa is something we always look forward to, and I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone visiting the area.
This place is exactly what you hope it is. They run a smooth operation here. We booked a private bath and loved it. I can only do about 40min in water this warm but my wife could have stayed in for hours. The gift shop was a real surprise too with some great products at really reasonable prices. We picked up a great candle for a gift.
I visited Deluxe Lake Spa and a massage and found it to be one of the best experiences, with exceptional service. However, there’s a significant issue I believe that in the showers, adults are bathing naked in the presence of children, which is deeply uncomfortable for OTHER parents. This lack of decency needs urgent attention to ensure respect for all the guests.nnOverall, the spa is well-managed, and Polynesia stands out as exceptional in the highest. Please address this concern to maintain your high standards.
We had an amazing experience at Polynesian Spa, enjoying both the deluxe private pools and the serene pavilion pools. The staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating throughout our visit. A special thanks to the duty manager, Mr. Pradip, who went out of his way to reschedule our private pool booking when we were delayed by unexpected traffic from Auckland. The facilities were spotless and beautifully maintained, with lovely landscaping that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend visiting at night — the ambient lighting, cool evening breeze, and soothing hot pools create the perfect combination for a truly memorable experience.
