Awesome place for an evening soak.nExcellent customer service. We visited the Deluxe Lake Spa area, which was inviting, relaxing and therapeutic.nClean and warm changing area which is well maintained and tidy. The provision of towels and toiletries in the changing area gives a luxurious feel.nGive yourself plenty of time when you visit as you won't want to leave in a hurry.
An incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calming and peaceful—exactly what I needed to reset and unwind. The mineral pools were the perfect temperature, and the views over the lake added an extra layer of serenity. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Whether you're looking for relaxation, rejuvenation, or just some quiet time to yourself, I highly recommend making a stop here. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.nnI wish we could have one in Auckland.
My husband and I booked in for a private lake view pool and the deluxe spa pools for a mid-morning time. Overall we really enjoyed this experience. We found the 45 minutes private pool the perfect amount of time before heading into the deluxe pools area. As a childless couple, we found the deluxe pools so relaxing, other guests were respectful of the space. The facilities were clean and the deluxe area has lockers in the changing area with keys. My husband being a chemist really appreciated the various alkaline and acidic pools.nnOn our way out of the pools area we passed the other pool space and felt that had we decided not to spend the little extra for the deluxe area we might not have had the same pleasant experience, that side of the spa seemed much more family friendly.nnThe included juice was so delicious and refreshing after spending the morning in the pools and the gift shop was full of self-care products and various other things.
I like this place. I forgot what we booked, this is the one with reflexology walk. They have a lot of pool and there is one for swimming with perfect temperature. It was too hot for me at the beginning but has adjusted and enjoyed. It is so cool to enjoy this place with the lake view and different pool option and can see the old thermal pool there. We move from one place to another in that same space. There are provided place to put your stuff and can pay for a locker if needed. The shower room and toilet is spacious too. I spend around $50 for the whole time. I recommend you bring some goggles for swimming. It was my first time swimming in a pool without Chlorine but Thermal water Plus benefits . By the way we went there during weekdays. It might be busy when you go there just be prepared and check the time you are going there in case it is busy hour you might end up waiting. I think waiting is not that bad too as there is the gift shop and a cafe to enjoy while waiting . If impatient, just book your ticket. Have fun
We had a truly fantastic and calming experience at the spa with my wife and our two kids. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming. The facilities are excellent – the massage therapy was deeply relaxing and professionally delivered, leaving us all feeling rejuvenated. The private lake added a peaceful, almost meditative touch to our visit, and dipping into the different acidic and alkaline rejuvenating waters was both unique and refreshing. It was a perfect blend of wellness and family time, and we left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation in a stunning setting.
