I just booked some time in the pool. I came in thinking it was going to a luxury experience but it had more of a local vibe. Which was lovely. I just wished I had access to a private pool as a solo person.nnThe bathrooms were spacious and you can easily lock personal belongings.nnThe cafe was lovely and I was able to charge my phone. Would go again but maybe book a spa treatment.
Incredible geothermal spa experience — 28 natural hot mineral pools to soak and relax in. nnBeautiful lakeside location with peaceful views over Lake Rotorua. nnPerfect for both families and adults — family pools with slides and adult‑only relaxing zones. nnThe mineral waters really helped my muscles unwind and left my skin feeling soft. nnLoved the variety — from thermal pools to private lakeview options. nnFriendly staff and clean facilities made the visit feel easy and enjoyable. nnGreat place to unwind after exploring Rotorua’s geothermal wonders.
I had a wonderful evening relaxing in all of the varying heated geothermal pools, after a long day of driving- it was the best way, for me, to relax for the night. And it’s late closing, around 10:30 pm, so I stayed and relaxed in the well lit pools after dark .The staff and Life Guards were friendly and I even chatted to some friendly fellow travellers as I bathed. The amenities are spotlessly clean and will definitely return, next time I’m in Rotorua. Well worth a visit!
We did the deluxe spa and the view of the lake was great. It was suggested to do a later time to avoid young children, so we booked 830pm. Unfortunately, there were a lot of screaming children in the pool at the time so it was a lot less relaxing of an experience for the cost. Still giving 5 stars since it is beautiful, the staff is kind, and the juice bar is fantastic. If you’re looking for a serene experience, I’d recommend not booking the deluxe spa and just doing private if possible or looking at a different venue. If you’re fine with children splashing in the pools I was splashed in the face a few times, then go for it.
Just fantastic! I booked a spa package as a treat and it was worth every penny. The pre-massage soak was rejuvenating and relaxing and my massage I can’t remember my lady’s name! was to die for, I actually dozed off at one point which is a first for me!nThe lunch after was amazing and the options to pick were an awesome variety. The smoothies were yummy too. I will be back next time I visit Rotorua.
