Village Health Lincoln Road

Before to get enrolled I checked at the reviews and I was a bit concerned about some comments regarding the attention. After a few phone calls with the staff and a couple of appointments I can say the staff is amazing, kind and really helpful, willing to answer questions, specially on my first appointment within the centre. Thank you for your outstanding service, keep it up!

Would give less than one star if I could and didn't even get in the door. Receptionist I saw has zero people skills or empathy. Left in tears followed by a horrific panic attack. It's not easy for people to approach these places sometimes as it is let alone being greeted with such a rude welcoming. Regardless of the skills of the doctor's here I would 10000% not recommend this place and it looks like I'm not the only one. Sort it out.

I have been enrolled with this clinic for about 2 years now and the service gets better every time. I have a great doctor who's freindly as well as a bit of a sense of humor which isn't that common in that profession. Love the service Thanks team!

Dr Park and Nurse Pamela are amazing. I’ve had nothing but amazing help from understanding staff who have made me feel listened to and have treated me with kindness. The receptionists are really kind and go above and beyond too. Really glad we chose to enrol with Village Health.

My family and I all use this medical centre. It's a very clean and modern environment and we find staff very welcoming. We've never had problems over the many times we've visited and would highly recommend this centre.

Havent had a particularly good experience with being able to contact this practice. Tried calling 6 times today to reschedule an appointment due to being unwell and unsure if my symptoms were covid related. Each time I called I was hung up on and unable to get through. Then tried to email but the link on the website wasn't working. It's frustrating, because then I get charged for showing up when I'd rather not risk other people's health.

Had a great experience with the Village Health team over the last two days. We needed urgent fit to fly COVID tests after being let down unexpectedly by another supplier. These guys couldn’t have been more helpful. From our first friendly interaction with reception asking for urgent tests the following day…through to the appointment with the Doctor today. The surgery itself was calm, professional and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional and if you want to be treated with disrespect you are welcome to this practice. To be fair the receptionist are respectful people but some of the doctors in this practice are no go. I came once with a medical condition and just because I was feeling a bit better doctor M. Xx said you should’ve cancelled your appointment!!. people don’t come to clinics for a picnic!!. Complained to the head of practice and they did absolutely nothing and sided with the doctor M. , obviously friendship over professionalism wins there. Am not the first one giving negative reviewes about unprofessional service in this clinic read what others say. Do not be fooled by the nice building!

I have no words to describe my gratitude for finding this place and all the support I have. All the staffs are very friendly. We go there for GP consultation for the whole family. The nurses are amazing and made me very calm during the procedures. Got our Covid vaccines too. I highly recommend this clinic.
