Story

The spinal cord is protected by the spine and a chiropractor checks and removes any misalignments of the vertabrae of the spine (which can occur for many reasons) to ensure that the nerves are free to regulate, heal, rebuild and repair any illness or injury that may be present. This also ensures the muscles and ligaments are also not under unnecessary stress and strain.

At Southern Chiropractic we recognise that our general wellbeing comes from the balance of many factors including the food we eat, the way we move, our work and leisure activities and the quality of the relationships we have in our life. Underpinning and responding to all of these activities is our nervous system which receives signals from the brain to regulate every organ, muscle and activity in the body. A chiropractor simply removes the interference that may be present in the vertebrae so the body can function and heal at an optimum level.
