No question about it, this was the best fish and chips I have had in as long as I can remember. Friendly staff, really reasonable prices, extensive menu but not TOO extensive and they cook in beef fat! Unheard of in 2021. 10/10, would be there every day if I lived local.
Delicious food. Fish was well cooked and very fresh. Garlic butter chips were insanely good and the cheese burgers are the dream fish and chip shop burger. Super tasty patties and awesome sauce
Yummy food, chicken and camembert burger was beautiful as were the chips that went with it, no photos since it all went down my throat rather quickly was hungry; then I see the german and kiwi flag on the menu I'm from Stuttgart originally, was meaning to give 5 stars to begin with

Best burger I have had in years. I managed to catch them right before closing. I 100% recommend getting one of their burgers, and for that price WOW. I spend more $ at McDonalds on a burger that's ok. Great staff, great food!

Fantastic staff and top grade food. Unbeatable value for your money. Ordered 2 hotdogs, 2 meat pattie, 5 mussel and a scoop of chips for 2 adults. Was too much for us for one sitting so had the rest for lunch next day. Cannot praise them enough.
The best fish n chip shop in Nelson. Crumbled fish cooked to perfection. Lovely staff. Great hotdogs and chips. Yum yum yum
