For the second time in a month I've visited a Macca's Crown Road Taupo and Tahunanui, ordered a fillet of fish burger and it's been supplied with everything centered between the buns! Amazing! The fish, cheese and sauce are usually hanging over the edge of the bun. Congratulations team.nnI had always thought that Macca's training required the chef to throw the contents at the bun and pray it centered itself on the bun!
Well where do I start I asked for a big Mack with extra Mac sauce that I paid for then I asked for a double cheeseburger with mayo and got a quarter pounder with mayo. Asked for 6 nuggets and was charged for ten. Then wife called me when in drive through wanting a caramel Sundae . The crew said they couldn’t do it and I would have to drive back through to get a Sundae well all food is cold they said we don’t have a till at second window bad experience as haven’t had mc Donald’s in years. Makes me realise why!!! Don’t ever go there!!! Horrible service and definitely deserve this criticism!!
The best McDonald's I've been to. We went back fir a McDip after dinner in town, as well as having a late lunch there earlier.nThe staff are great. The meal was placed on the table with care, and we all noticed tge care taken in the layout on the trays, the nice service and hot food.nWell done. And the staff were nice to everyone they served.nWell done.
Usually love coming here because everyone is so friendly but coming through drive thru on the 13/02/26 afternoon the man on the other end was passive aggressive. Not at all enjoyable service like the previous times.
Best Maccas in town!! Awesome friendly crew and the food is always fresh and well prepared. Great coffee too!
