Very fancy, However the first drink that I got was wrong, I ordered a blueberry and raspberry flavoring and it was only blueberry. I went up to the front till and told the cashier that it was wrong, and he gave me a new one very fast and apologized to me. Great service and foodFood: 5/5
10 pm on a Thursday Night. Ordered a Mc Chicken Combo. Get home and open my burger and its just 2 buns and mayonnaise. No Chicken, No lettuce. Iv ordered some shocking burgers in my time, but never ever one that is missing the meat. Absolutely shameful that you hire people this bad.
Always have decent priced deals through the app. Thats what I always get when I come. Food was hot and fresh. Didn't have to wait long for my ordered and they delivered it to my table. Was also able to use the free wifi and charge my laptop while I waited. Kid-friendliness: Theres a kid play area/playground. Parking: Two entrances. Parking on both sides of the Maccas. Wheelchair accessibility: Sadly only one accessibility carpark and but it is right next to the front door.
Don't bother going here after hours as they don't do half of what they advertise compared to other mcdonald's in the same time frames, just a real culture of lazyness, a can't be bothered attitude and come across as if you don't like how they do things then move on, every other mcdonald's locally been good but avoid this one if your after service or anything advertised on their menu when it doesn't suit them
The machines used to order are complicated for older people to use and staff don't serve people waiting at the counter. Three people walked out that couldn't be bothered with this place. We were nearly right behind them.Food: 3/5
Drove from stoke to get chips but wound up with other stuff. Chips were warm and limp. Hash brown was the same. Filet o fish pictured below. Cheese burgers looked much the same. Service was fast but food was garbage. Expected it to be made to order and in much better condition.
Hadn't had McDonald's for over a year. My number was called and I went. Out to the car and realized no large hot chocolate or no flat white. Decided to have a chip before I went back inside. Yuck the chips were Luke warm as well as the hash browns. I was annoyed as it is a fast food outlet and they are meant to pride themselves on great hot food etc. I got a man who was ever so nice and told me to go wait in my car and he would bring the items out. All worked out great next lot was fine and nice and hot.
The service was fine and the food predictably consistent. The only down side was the presence if teenage kids In the children's play area who were just lounging around on the play equipment. I asked them to move as they were stopping the little kids having fun.
