McDonald's Nelson

No stars! The pancakes were stone cold the butter frozen. No marshmallows in the hot chocolate which was so strong it was almost black! The first time in history I haven't finished my pancakes!

Ordered two large coke mcfloats as a treat for our kids. May as well have ordered medium ones because they only filled them halfway. They are usually really good so am guessing this is just a one-off thing. Good service from friendly staff.

Had coffee and muffin. Was ok. Coffee was good. But probably only because I paid for extra shot. I guess they only serve single shots.

Consistently issue with the kiosk machine. Obviously under staffed. Multiple forgotten items in numerous orders here have been missing.. Decent customer service though.

Nice decor and well designed store. Has a good feel to it. Staff were friendly and told me how long the food would be. Food was a bit greasy, but tasted great. Very clean although the table next to us was not cleaned properly. Seats need to be recovered. Overall a great, typical McDonald's experience.
