McDonald's Nelson

Machines didn't work with the loyalty app, a huge school group were in with only one staff member serving, burger lacking and a/c was on full blast. I don't have that high expectations from McD's however this experience won't see us going back anytime soon

Trash I ordered 2 ice creams with extra caramel sauce cause I’m a big back and it cost $4 for the extra sauce just for the order too arrive and had less sauce than a normal sundae whoever is on night shift do ur orders properly

No stars! The pancakes were stone cold the butter frozen. No marshmallows in the hot chocolate which was so strong it was almost black! The first time in history I haven't finished my pancakes!

Ordered two large coke mcfloats as a treat for our kids. May as well have ordered medium ones because they only filled them halfway. They are usually really good so am guessing this is just a one-off thing. Good service from friendly staff.

Kiosks are almost entirely non-functional. Either the pay now button isn't working or touch input is woefully off centre.nOne of the kiosks screen was entirely smashed
