Overall awesome experience nnPerfect food nIce latte was amazing nChicken Teriyaki was yum and quality of risotto rice was too good.nnIn desserts tried cheese cake , that was like a lovely end to the food. Must go place in Auckland.nnDefinitely going back and will try more stuff.

Good vibes all around! We visited VIBE Coffee Roasters for brunch and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we stepped inside, the aroma of freshly roasted beans created a distinct and inviting atmosphere that set it apart from your average café. While the location, tucked away in the industrial center of Wairau, can be a bit tricky to find, it certainly makes an impression once you arrive.nnFrom the menu, we ordered the Vibe French Toast and the Smoked Salmon Croffle. For drinks, we were in the mood for something sweet and refreshing, so we chose a Hokey Pokey Iced Latte and a Vanilla Iced Latte with oat milk. I initially expected the Hokey Pokey Latte to come fully mixed, but instead, the coffee, milk, and hokey pokey bits were served separately which was not a bad thing.nnOne aspect that stood out to us was the variety of food options on their menu. It includes classic dishes like a big breakfast, eggs benedict, and burgers, alongside fusion-inspired creations that blend elements from different cuisines - They did smell good, and I would love to try them later.nnThis was our first visit, and we were really impressed with the experience. We’re looking forward to returning and trying something more savory from their menu next time!

Crispy Chicken Croffle Spicy! You have to have this! The chicken is thin like the famous Taiwanese fried chicken, sauce was good too, not too heavy or spicy. The waffle is nice and thin, just not enough, waffle to chicken ration not ideal .nnWe also had the Shakshuka which is also very nice with sourdough. The sauce is tangy and sweet.nnCoffee is very nice being a roastery so was their Flappe Chocolate.nnAll in all a very nice lunch and time at this Cafe.

Food here was amazing, portion sizes great. 100% a hidden gem in wairau. Worst kept secret though as it was very fill during our breakfast.

One of my favourite places to stop for an early morning, mid-run piccolo. Very consistent between the baristas, good selection of outdoor seating so you don’t have to sweat it out inside.
