Verve Cafe

The smoothie was very nice, both taste wise and looks wise. The long black was great. The crispy skin salmon was good, but I didn’t enjoy the base as much. One of the best big breakfast I’ve ever had. Excellent service, friendly staff. Definitely recommended to you all! A must come.

Verve Cafe is a great spot with a nice atmosphere and indoor/outdoor flow. The service is great and the staff are friendly, but at $8.50 for an iced latte I just couldn’t justify giving 5 stars. With everywhere else in the city being priced between $5.50 to $6.50 this does feel like daylight robbery. In short, you’ll probably enjoy everything about this place, except the bill. An excellent place for breakfast. The coffee is great, I had the bacon and chorizo hash. It was done perfectly. Sat outside with a nice drizzle of rain. Plenty of undercover seating.

Good spot for a morning or afternoon coffee since they have outdoor seating on a nice shaded patio. My fiance and I both got a flat white which looked beautiful and tasted great I haven't had a flat white before so I can't attest to how it compares elsewhere. Service was good.Food: 5/5

I ordered the big breakfast which was too ambitious for me as the quantity was plentiful but, high in saturated fat. Thus I left half of it on the plate. The coffee was bland but drinkable and the ginger crunch I bought for later lacked zing, I suspect oil not butter was used.Food: 2/5

The omelette was delicious. If you are American cheddar isn't the same as you are used to but still very good. The ciabatta toast is light and yummy. And the tomato sauce really adds a nice element to the omelette. I ordered mine with ham, cheddar, and spinach.Food: 5/5

A great variety of meals are available. Excellent food served very well and with a smile. After two days having breakfast there they greeted me by name and knew how I liked my coffee. Brilliant!!!!
