I should have read the reviews and learned about the non-delivery issues. Ordered items 6 months ago, queried delivery several times with absolutely no responses. It was as though I didn't exist. Good old PayPal, they refunded me. still heard nothing from this outfit
Ordered 20 days ago, via paypal. Nothing has arrived nor any communication other than an automatically generated invoice Seller won't answer emails or phone. Do not buy from USA foods. A pity I did not read the reviews first.
Ordered 10 days ago, but have not been provided with a tracking number. Sent a follow-up email 2 days ago and heard nothing. Rang up and spoke with a very rude man who offered a string of excuses and no solutions. He even raised his voice at me for daring to ask after my order. I made a simultaneous order to Martha's Backyard within minutes of this order I made to USA Foods NZ, and received my Martha's tracking number within 1 hour and my parcel within 2 days. I won't ever order from USA Foods again. Nope. I won't do it. I might even go to PayPal and put in a claim to get my money back. What a sit sow.
USA Foods have proven to be terrible. After placing an order on the 11th, I received no indication that it'd been shipped, and after multiple attempts to contact them, have received no response about what's happening with my order. I've never received any indication of there being an issue with my order, such as products being out of stock, so see no reason why it wouldn't be shipped. Edit: After raising a dispute through PayPal, a refund has been given, with the claim that the items were lost by the courier. I never received any indication that the items were actually shipped, but they did at least provide a refund.
I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered from the website, and paid by PayPal.. he never acknowledged or sent the products. I called him and he said he will follow up on my order, yet he just ignored me. Almost 4 weeks now and no response. Had to file a case with PayPal to get my money.
Well my experience was fine. We ordered cereals , Takis chips, fabric softener, salad dressings , hot cocoa, and corn bread mix. I ordered about three times all were good experiences. In fact the corn bread I ordered was the wrong one and I emailed them about sending it back and exchanging it for something else, they kindly offered to deduct it from my next order instead. They always send free treats with my order. Will order from again.
Never buy from this store. I have still not received my order have sent multiple emails tried through PayPal and also his trade me listings nothing at all a full refund would be nice but I doubt I will ever see that. I should have read the reviews on this store first. Waste of my time and money.
Go to Martha's Backyard!!! They are exception. USA Foods has lost my business. Our first order contained expired food, cans with no expiration date and cans within several months of expiring. When I emailed, their response was terse and rude much like the company's comments here on this review string. Gave them a second chance. This time, none of the glass jars of salsa were wrapped and 2 of the 3 we ordered had shattered in the package. Huge mess complete with shards of glass. Not even bothering to complain. Just switching to Martha's.
We have ordered some Us food from them just to try and they all expired products and they taste expired. Second week I accidentally sent transferred 500.00 to their account and I have been calling them and emailed them but they have been mucking me around. He sounded so dodgie the guy I talked to . I called the 0800 number and went straight into his phone and he never picked it up. I would never ever recommend their food and also their customer service . Really Bad
Company has an owner with a seriously bad attitude. When concerns are politely raised about the freshness of products received, you get yelled down. A few years ago, I received completely stale, expired Oreos. Now, the same thing has happened to a friend of mine. Terrible quality control.
