Great service!nI went there to look at a few cars - talked with Jack over the phone. Went onsite and had another chat with Jack, test drove the car and liked it.nJack processed everything smoothly and efficiently with no pressure at all and good advice.nnDecided to purchase the car, and the process was smooth, quick and easy thanks to Sidnee and Jenna.nnIf the staff I worked with at Turners is anything to go by, car companies have come a long way!nnThanks for the pleasant experience!nOther used car places could learn from y'all
Purchased a car, didn’t even make it 20 mins before car was packing up. Took it back, was diagnosed, not a major so would have still kept the car had any form of good customer service been given.nWas handed a claim sheet and expected to drive it the near 200kms back home and sort at my inconvenience and make a claim for reimbursement. Didn’t even get a simple apology for all the inconvenience and stress nor an offer for them to fix it and I travel back to pick up.nThe receptionist had a bad attitude and there was no attempt from grant to keep the sale other than offering me a car in worse condition at the same price, so I requested my money back. Absolutely put me off risking a car from any Turners branch. Spend your money elsewhere.
Went in with a plan just to browse and see what they had to offer.nCame out with a car.nFirstly, this team does not pressure you at all. You have the space to look around and look inside the cars, and have a little test drive to see if it suits you.nFinn, was completely honest, transparent, and helpful as well as Jenna.nBoth were patient, understanding and explained the process about what they do, how it's run without any catches.nWould definitely recommend this place for a little browse, as you never know what you're going to walk out with.
We were very impressed with the Customwer Service Department,nJack Sears couldn't have been more helpful, and made the whole experience enjoyable, hassel free and the best experience we have ever had buying and selling a car. We would recommend Turners Tauranga to anyone buying a car without the persistantnpressure you get from most Car Dealers. The after sales service was incredible unlike most dealers once you have bought they don 't wont to know.
Biggest scammers.I will never recommend to anyone as they lies about their vehicles. When you go to sell them your car, even if you bought from them, they don’t give you any thing. I bought my one for 43k in 2023 and went their to sell sell after a year. It was only driven 20k kms by me was kept in nice condition, but they offered me $25k for this and I sold it to Ebbett, better dealers then turners, for 32k plus. So, they can’t be trusted. Very bad experience 2nd time.
