My experience was excellent. Everyone was polite and helpful. They did not pressure me into buying something I was not sure about. Grant was very honest and allowed me to take my time and look at others. He is wonderful to deal with and helped me immensely. Les Finance was great to deal with and did not pressure me into any insurance purchase. He gave me the details and let me make a choice. No pressure at all. The ladies at reception were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I came home with an immaculate vehicle that I love driving. I cannot fault it or everyone at Turners Tauranga The Mount.
If I could do 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. So slow to respond and fix issues with the car I've purchased. I first noticed issues not even 24 hours after purchasing, got onto filling the claims report that day and it's been almost 2 weeks now of me calling and emailing everyday to follow up to be meet with what feels like 100% avoidance from Anna Zandstra the Tauranga branch manager. I understand as a manager youd get busy, but this is taking the piss. 0 stars. Reply to my emails/calls so I can enjoy my new car pleaee.
Salesmen were fantastic and made me feel very comfortable about making a purchase, however.... the financial team were the complete opposite. I've never experienced such rudeness and I do not recommend this lady. No customer service at all and if I Didn't need the car asap, I would have gone elsewhere because of this woman. Shame on you.... but BIG UPS for the salesman Grant. Super service n he made my experience a whole lot better.
Went here from wellington to buy a car. Service was good they picked me up from the airport and welcoming. However I test drove the car and noticed a oil leak and raised it up with Grant who had denied it had one and said the mechanic who checked it over didn't mark it In the pre purchase. I think they need a new mechanic! I tried to negotiate with the price so I could get it repaired which he said the mechanical warranty will cover it but they don't cover pre existing faults! The ad for the car stated it had cruise control but to my surprise it didn't even have it.. Overall felt pretty rushed and won't be back to this turners.
Amazing service!! Finn Sears and Jenna Wood were super helpful and we managed to get finance organised and collect our new car within 3 days of asking about it! Wonderful customer care!! Thanks a million for all your effort, Turner’s Tauranga
