Urgently required a replacement Jockey Wheel for a newly acquired caravan 2nd hand.nAfter scouring the Internet for a bit, RV Mega looked to have the best selection and most reasonable prices.nBeing a newbie to the caravan/RV world, I was a bit clueless- so at best could only provide dimensions.nI dealt with Mike, who was an absolute legend. He matched my dimensions with a possible replacement - which I ordered.nThe wheel was ordered on a Tuesday from Mt Maunganui and was in my hands in Auckland on the Thursday morning.nI received regular updates on the process and delivery status, as well as a follow up from one of the owners.nThis is a great company, that take customer satisfaction very seriously.nI thoroughly recommend RV Mega and will be using them again without hesitation.nnBy the way- the wheel was perfect nnCheers
Great experience purchasing from RV Mega. Their website was easy to use, communication was excellent, delivery was fast, and everything arrived very well packaged. Items were exactly as described. Would happily buy from them again.
Had annual habitation check done on Bailey Phoenix, 5th time since owning it, as usually experienced pleasant interaction with staff and work completed in a timely manner. Thanks, see you next yearnMost of my reviews of your business have been positive, however,nNew review ... phone answering ... had occasion to ring sales and get a price for an item today 9 December. Appreciate that this is a busy period but having to wait in excess of 6mins for the call to be answered I gave up. Surely someone in your business could at least have answered, taken a message and arranged a call back. Conversation amongst my peers indicates this is common.
WARNING!! Absolutely the worst experience I've had with with a company. I had 2 roof top vents fitted to my new Ldv van. After they had fitted them the van was leak tested and the mess that was on the roof was washed down the side of the can where it was left to dry leaving oxidizing marks. I also complained about the wood work that was done on the insidephotos attached, I pointed this out on pick up and was told it would be cut and polished the following week. I took it back where they had told me the spent a whole day on it cut n polishing it..... this was not the case you could see and feel where the residue this was backed up by a reputable company and a separate independent car valet. Alloy shavings from them covering up their shotty woodwork skills where all through the back of the van not an effort to clean up one bit!!!nI was told by Richard how does he know it wasn't like that when it was dropped off, this would have been easy proven as the van is new and just had its first run in service days prior at LDV where it was commented how clean the van was!!!!nThe owner or manager Richard is a complete tool, to try say my brand new van was in poor condition to try weasel his way of of fixing up his workers workmanship is disgraceful I have attached photos so please Richard the can't dispute the mess was 100% due to their workmanship. I had to demand a full refund on the labour but will be getting quotes and will be seeking legal action to remedy RV Megas damage they have caused.
We were in the market for 2 new camp chairs, and we have purchased a few bits and pieces from the store, and the team have always been very helpful. We identified a couple of Oztrail chairs, and found that they were cheaper in another out of town store. We reached out to Sandy and she was happy to price match for us. Thanks RV Mega, fantastic for you to do this so we can shop local, and enjoy your continued friendly and welcoming service.
