Open on Sunday for emergency parts after high winds. Live an hour away, rang and left a message to see if in stock. Rang back promptly, awesome service in store. Went in for one thing came out with six. Thank you Warren and jo. Keep up the good work
Huge thanks to Katrina, great phone reception, I only needed one small item for my caravan fridge this time,and thought maybe I wouldn't get it,but Katrina took my fridge details and took the time to really safely package the plastic part, it fitted was a updated one plus supplied more information with it. Thanks I will do so in person next time in. Happy holidays.
Poor customer service will never go back.nYelled at from behind the counter as I mistakenly thought it was ok to push my bike around the shop they even sell bikes. Staff member was very rude and abrupt, I would rather order online and wait for products from other suppliers.
Don't recommend. Have shopped before but this was a joke.nnWanted one simple question answered about a waste pipe they sold.nnAsked and was told to wait a couple of minutes.nnNo one else in store and after 40 mins still no staff spoke to us.
Approached them to see if a table leg could be installed. They said not a problem. Its not usable. Went back and they said they would speak to manager. Still waiting 4 months later.
