I brought a car from here. I flew up from Dunedin to collect it and the car was waiting for me in a great condition having just been groomed. The staff were so accommodating and made me a coffee when I arrived. Paul showed over the car and what all the buttons did. Great service, great team. Thanks
Not a great experience. Bought a used car from here about 12 months ago. Was told it has passed their own WOF and was serviced prior to sale with no issues. Just had my WOF and service done and there are a number of issues - one of them is timing chain change which is of course very expensive. The buying process wasn't smooth either as the agent I was dealing with had little info about the car, service history, previous WOFs etc. I had to keep chasing for more info from him which in the end he just said 'We cannot find any previous service history/invoices'. Please save your money and spend elsewhere.
Exceptional service provided today with the service on my Audi. Peter is a great communicator, very transparent on pricing and was able to get us back on the road by the time I needed to get to an appointment. Will definitely be back! p.s. great WIFI and coffee in the on-site cafe!
Very pleased with the service I received from MG at Farmer Autovillage. I test drive a ZS Hybrid and was offered to take it overnight and I was smitten and went ahead with the purchase. Even when my salesman Brent Willcocks was not there I was able assisted by other specialists Dave Briscoe and/or Karl Schegel. And in the office for Finance by Michaela. No in fighting just excellent knowledge of the product and fielding of any questions however stupid! That you might have. I highly recommend this team and this product.
