Hi I contacted everyone all I got was lies and hoax. Got yelled by your Auckland customer service for being asked questions about the car broken down under 24 hours of purchase.nnAll I want is people know how bad of company 2 cheap cars is. They are the worst as I am still dealing with pre existing car issue which was under CGA law to be fixed by dealership but no.nnPlease everyone do not support lier like these companies at all please buy somewhere else.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ASIAN REGIONAL MANAGER. Good team members and friendly staff at Tauranga branch. Good experience with the Tauranga dealership. On the other hand Auckland main office holds all control over all operations at the Tauranga branch and is extremely unreliable and untrustworthy. I was promised many things from the Auckland head office. One of them was by the Asian regional manager from Auckland that told me I would be able to choose who the commission went to with the purchase on my $13,000 Toyota Prius. As I had a lot of help from a Tauranga branch member, I wanted the commission to go to him as he was a great help, unlike the Asian regional manager who was extremely difficult and unpleasant to deal with. I was already warned by the owner of Portage Cars not to deal with the Asian regional manager. We shook hands on the fact that I would purchase the vehicle in full that day with the promise that the vehicle commission would go to my choice. I checked back with the Tauranga team after my purchase and found out the asian regional manager took the commission on the purchase and all the credit for selling the car. After 2 weeks of owning my new 2015 Toyota prius all the warning lights came on and I took it to be checked and the hybrid battery was faulty and needed replacing. Took 1 week after returning the vehicle to get my refund and had no vehicle to drive to work! Big thanks to Mercedes and the other lovely Maori team member sorry i cant remember your name for all the help in my purchase.nnBe careful purchasing with 2CheapCars as their hybrid battery’s are not tested in the cars so they don’t know what the health/condition of them is when selling to you. The lady next door at Sheaff vehicles told me they have heaps of hybrids from 2Cheap come in with faulty battery’s after being purchased by customers.
Had a great experience with Mikaera and Lu. Very friendly, easy going and helpful. Car was very clean when I picked it up. I had a 6 hour drive and car drove like an absolute champ! Thank you for your service. I love my car so much! I have named her Jan
Purchased a nissan serena from this place, engine oil kept on going low, took it to mechanic and found out that engine was burning oil so now i have to refill engine oil every two months to keep it going. Not worth our money should have invested our money at another car dealer. Rip offs!
