I ordered an Egg chair. When it arrived and was assembled it turned out to be very small I am only 1.8m and I couldn’t sit in it. The quality was so poor, it started rusting after 5 days. I asked for return and refund and the support refused. Support promised callbacks that never happened. When insisting on some sort of reaction, they offered to fix it by sending replacement for all rusting parts. Which would have been the whole thing and not taking into account the fact that it was too small. I told them that I cannot sit in it as it was too small but they didn’t care. No refunds! No return! Support was rude and unresponsive. Read the fine print and don’t order online without seeing it first. They will not take it back, no matter how unhappy you the customer are with their product! I ended up threatening them with a court case at the ‘Small claims court’ which worked wonders, got my money back after all. There was no ‚goodwill’ on their side! And they lied in the response: we do NOT live near the beach! We are 6km away from the ocean up in the hills! They lost another customer.
I purchased the 6 “ LED Xmas tree… quick delivery and the tree is awesome- not as bushy as the photos suggest but definitely happy with my purchase and the price was so much better than any local options I had! I haven’t finished spreading the branches or decorated yet…but very happy with my tree.. thank you so much!
Quality of furniture is very poor. I Purchased a tallboy and it hasn’t even lasted 3 months before starting to fall apart, now only 6 months of use all draws don’t function as should. Not very helpful and definitely don’t take responsibility for poor quality furniture. Offered to send me replacement parts in which were runners on all drawers. I had already had a replacement runner when assembling as ball bearings had fallen out. To replace all runners the whole set would have to be taken apart to install new runners as this is the design of the runners. I was not willing to do this as they hadn’t even last 6 months before falling apart and with 12 months warranty would only happen again and then not be under warranty hence wanting a refund. I said I could return it to store but I had no planned trip to Christchurch in the future as I don’t live there. 3-4 hours away I Took photos and sent to TSB, you can clearly see how bad it is and that it’s not to the quality and function it should be and yet they want me to pay shipping to send back for them to assess for refund. Why should I be more out of pocket than I already am by not having furniture fit for its proper purchase use. Not sure why they couldn’t process a refund as the photos clearly show how bad the furniture is and give refund as I am happy to return when I go to Christchurch next. They gave me $50 back for both items I purchased in total $30 for draws & $20 dressing table. So that is the pathetic partial refund. It’s a joke. Bad quality and service. Would not recommend! Buyer beware!
Great experience, I showed up close to closing time, but was still accommodated, was even given a tape measure to make sure the boxes would fit in my car. Sarv loaded the boxes carefully into my car without me needing to lift a finger.
Same showroom that was earlier outside Christchurch now based in Wigram industrial area. Lot of choices for all kind of furniture. Best to also compare it with furniture from Ifurniture which is just 1 km away from this showroom.
