This is by far one of the easiest, helpful and pleasurable shopping experiences I've had in ages. James at TSB LIVING CHRISTCHURCH is an awesome salesman. I ordered an Egg chair. When it arrived and was assembled it turned out to be very small I am only 1.8m and I couldn’t sit in it. The quality was so poor, it started rusting after 5 days. I asked for return and refund and the support refused. Support promised callbacks that never happened. When insisting on some sort of reaction, they offered to fix it by sending replacement for all rusting parts. Which would have been the whole thing and not taking into account the fact that it was too small. I told them that I cannot sit in it as it was too small but they didn’t care. No refunds! No return! Support was rude and unresponsive. Read the fine print and don’t order online without seeing it first. They will not take it back, no matter how unhappy you the customer are with their product! I ended up threatening them with a court case at the ‘Small claims court’ which worked wonders, got my money back after all. There was no ‚goodwill’ on their side! And they lied in the response: we do NOT live near the beach! We are 6km away from the ocean up in the hills! They lost another customer.

The service is exceptional and quick. Soon as the order was done, the product is at the warehouse before i even arrived. Akash is amazing and he helped out with the product to set in the car as well
I purchased the 6 “ LED Xmas tree… quick delivery and the tree is awesome- not as bushy as the photos suggest but definitely happy with my purchase and the price was so much better than any local options I had! I haven’t finished spreading the branches or decorated yet…but very happy with my tree.. thank you so much!
