I recently visited this store and had a good experience. The prices are reasonable for the quality, offering great value. also the showroom is spacious with a wide variety of products, from modern to traditional styles. A solid experience, and I would recommend it to others.
I recently purchased a sofa from iFurniture, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. One minor suggestion I’d make is regarding the shipping cost—it felt a bit high, especially since I live very close to the store and the product was in stock.nnThat said, the highlight of my experience was the exceptional after-sales support. I faced some difficulty assembling the sofa and reached out for assistance. Shawn from the team was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Despite it being a simple fix, he came all the way to help and did so with a cheerful attitude.nnI truly appreciate the outstanding customer service, and the sofa itself is in perfect condition. Overall, a fantastic experience!
Ifurniture is close to my storage unit and I needed something to help me store items vertically but not quite sure: I thought I needed a clothes rack like, standing wardrobe thing but hadn’t found quite what I needed on Marketplace though had spent money.nnKmart used to have something I was keen on but not anymore.nnI expected Ifurniture to be out of my price range but I went in anyway and was amazed by how cheap most things were.nnI was assisted first by Nick ?Chuan and then Natasha sorry if spelling is wrong who confirmed they had standing wardrobes and showed me the selection. They were great for a home but out of my price range for just a storage space and Natasha then showed me some sort of .. perforated shelving. This was actually much better as my unit was a bit damp and I wanted to keep airflow between fabric items and this was ideal.nnIt was super cheap $19 and I’d honestly never seen anything like it. In the home I think it’d be great for damp laundry or wet shoes etc. Very light so I could easily carry it myself.nnAnd they threw in a mini tape measure for free! I get the feeling that they’re a caring team and the store manager trusts his staff with discretionary decisions.nnI was really impressed with Natasha: she looked poised and polished and I was in my « working bee » clothes and pretty wet. But she was really friendly, didn’t let on my financial constraints were undignified, and was a real problem-solver: I explained my needs and she knew what I didn’t know: I needed a light, stand-alone shelf, NOT a clothes rack.nnAt another point in that time frame I got in a real jam in the rain it was a very rainy week and I don’t have a car and she and Chuan gave me some personal assistance that was so precious and heartfelt I will never forget.nnThanks team! And that includes James whom I met later in the piece. Just a really decent bunch of people with a boss who supports and trusts them while making sure the « customer isn’t always wrong » an attitude I’ve found with other close-knit working teams, sadly — siding against a customer rather than being objective and ethical.nnI’ve left this review pretty late and I réaliste how important it is for humans to override our negativity bias and give praise where it’s due: not just complain.nnThank you Natasha. The guys were great but you were a standout in so many ways and I bloody love my shelves!!!
I read reviews before going somewhere or purchasing and I was abit skeptical to purchase from Ifurniture. Happy I did, the service at the christchurch store was fantastic, picked up my new dining table and chairs the next day from the warehouse as planned. Service was great didn't have to wait very long at all and I am super happy with my table and chairs! Thankyou Ifurniture for having exactly what I was looking for and at such a affordable price.
If you are looking for affordable furniture then this is a good place to check out.nWe purchased two chairs and a shoe cabinet and I was impressed with the quality of the products and value for money.nCollection is from a separate warehouse and we were able to do this the same day even though it was close to closing time. The collection warehouse is a 4 min drive.
