Brought this oak&white coffee table from ifurniture and am very happy with it! It only took 5mins to put up, real straight forward and easy! The staff member at Blenheim Rd ifurniture was helpful and friendly I will be a returning customer, thank you!!
Just left the store. Seems they don’t want to sell things. They were 4 salesmen in the store, 1 sitting on a sofa and the others were playing with their mobiles. Obviously they all saw me but no one talked to me. I also noticed same products with different prices as attached.
Ver bad service. As, I bought new dining table from them and when i unpacked boxes they provided wrong dining table legs and dining extension tray was popped off. And they asked me to spend my time to pick up and drop off dining legs. And after few days asked me to bring back heavy dining table and they will replace it. As, ifurniture should pick up wrong legs and dining table because of faulty dining table components. they asked me to arrange transportation again to drop off and pick up correct one. Be very very careful and will never recommend ifurniture
I brought the Cortland lounge suite, James was very good and helpful in the shop, it was delivered in under a week, its beautiful, soft very comfortable, beautiful colour ,looks very luxurious.nI hope it stays puffed up and comfy. Great prices.
Awesome shopping experience! The team was friendly and helpful. Also the showroom got heaps of nice stuff and good prices too. Would definitely come back again and recommend to friends.
