We've had nothing but a great experience buying our spa pool. It's awesome, it does everything it's supposed to and was a great price compared to big spa companies. Great quality, Balboa is the highest quality brand for spa pool parts. And we were able to pay it off in our own time. Very happy, thank you
The worse experience ever if i could give no stars i would. We bought spa 2 years ago for 7k, less than 12months it was not heating, it took 2 weeks for them to get someone out to repair. 25months later and same problem happened not heating, after contacting them I waited 2 weeks to even here back, for them to say I was out of the 2 year warranty by a month so the service fore the repair we be at my cost.. So no happy but just want it repaired so agreed to get the repair.... I am still waiting and have been without a functioning spa for 5weeks.nThe worse thing about the whole experience is the lack of empathy or simple customer care from Nick or the company, doesn't reply or answer his phone.nnDon't waste your money at this company, they do not meet the basic consumer guarantee NZ.
Nic was easy and great to deal with regarding our pool table purchase. He was able to deliver and install it for cheaper than other competitor businesses selling the same thing, probably saved over $200-300 buying from Nic, let alone that he did this in 2 days, the Amazon of Christchurch! Very happy with the table after testing for 4 days, full size balls and a slower table, which allows you to cue fully rather than some tables that can be too fast and balls go all over the place. Having played snooker and pool in my early years I am very happy with this table for the price. He used a spirit level to test the installation and moved it into the exact spot we wanted, despite being busy into the night delivering, great service and attitude. Will be looking to buy from Nic again after this great experience.
We have purchased the viva moped scooter within the last couple of years. We have had nothing but problems time and time again. Breaking down on us several times to and from work which has caused us a lot of stress. We have spent a lot of money getting it fixed even though we have kept up with the services. Tried to get my money back or a replacement moped but was not able too for unknown reasons. I just got mine back from a motorbike repair shop. When it was working it was good, but will definitely look to upgrade in the near future.
Ordered a bed & mattress for my son in the morning received email not long after that they could deliver it that night, such fast delivery and impressed with the bed and the affordability. Definitely recommend buying from here
