I was just got delivered a $3000 worth sofa set to my house and it was dumped just outside the house in a very unsafe way. I was not informed that the furniture will be dumped outside like this and was home with a 3 year old expecting furniture to be delivered. The delivery guys rang the bell and the moment I ran to my door step they had already rushed to the car. I asked help from them to keep the delivery in a Safeway but they just drive away pretending they don’t hear me. I have attached photos how unsafe it was delivered and I am sure the furniture is damaged too as you can see both sofas are standing g upright in front of my house. The floor is in an angle and there is a good chance that this might fall down even for a wind. Specially in windy Rolleston. My 3 year old ran beside me and this furniture could have fallen onto her. this delivery has been long overdue. I haven’t seen such a poor customer service from anywhere before. Please come and collect this piece of furniture immediately before it is fallen into someone else’s head and injured. Your company will be liable for any of those damages to a person or to the front glass of my house. This is totally unacceptable and please take immediate actions.
We had a great experience with Leonard over the weekend, super helpful and friendly and helped us choose our new couch and a new bed over the weekend. We have now purchased twice from here, and we are really big fans of the service and the product. Thanks so much Leonard for your great customer service and we are are so stoked with our new furniture!
What a mission to get good quality service. Happy to take your money but to deliver the goods... Wow. No communication at all. Had to chase these scoundrels up to get anything done. Never dealing with these conartists again. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Shame to your name.
I moved down south two and a half years ago and needed new furniture. I found exactly what I wanted at Big Save. I love what I bought. Also, I had a very excellent salesman looking after me and my family.
This review is a little late, as we brought a couch ages ago. It was a floor model and was supposed to be ready to be collected the next day, when we went to collect it wasn't ready wrapped up or even near the despatch door.nI was greated by this small Chinese guy, my partner and I was cracking up laughing, he took his job really seriously and was funny at the same time. He did a awesome job at showing me the procedure and wrapped our couch and helped loading it on a trailer.nHopefully he's found a better job by now, only saying this because another employee was just standing there watching him. No team work, the poor guy was struggling. I asked him how his day was and was he busy?, he replied yea yea i do everything. Can only read between the lines on that one.nI guess there is lazy people in every work place.nMassive shout out to him if he still works there!.
