Good 20 min loop walk through Bartons Bush with the dogs. Park has two dog litter bag dispensers and a dog water bowl. Fields are kept weed free, so fewer opportunities for dog bee stings. Good sealed path. All in all, an easy quick walk, often lots of other dogs, which is great for socialization.
Great park. Always has been. Newish kids area is cool too. Bush walks always a good time, not too long for little ones either.
One of the great family parks in Trentham, a small working class area in Upper Hutt. Trentham Memorial Park has good sealed walking areas and a few tracks in Native Bush.
Beautiful spot for a good walk, loads of options and paths for different routes. Great for dogs on or off lead, paths are great for lead training too, doggie water fountain and often doggie poo bags by the info point for people to use sometimes they run out
Visited the park for a car show. Easy parking, really big park area and a playground for the kids.
