Nice place with a delightful vibe and very well treated staff.nWe had lunch, steak and fish & chips and beer. Chips are crispy and well salted. I ordered steak medium, and it was exactly what expected from medium. Fish and chips was good. We ordered 1 but they prepared us 2, maybe while the staff were checking with me, I misunderstood their word, but they were kind enough to return the other dish. We had a pleasant afternoon there having lunch and nice music and the overal atmosphere is catching.nRecommend for a meal.

Great food and environement. The restaurant feels like going into a nice and warm cabin in the woods.nnIt's recommended to book ahead as it gets really busy. Staff service was friendly and menu has a great range of meats and seafood. Portions are large for the price which makes it great for sharing. Food comes out fast and tastes fresh. Would recommend for large groups and ia a great place for pub grub.

Food was excellent. Although it took a little while for our order to be served, it was worth waiting for. Staff was so nice too. Would highly recommend. We’ll definitely come back to try other foods in the menu.

We went to this restaurant and ordered 3 burgers and a separate plate of wedges. The waitress never mentioned that the burgers already came with fries, even though the menu stated fries were an extra $6 add-on. When the food arrived, she said she forgot to mention it, and then another staff member repeated the same excuse when we went to pay our bill.nnIf we had known fries were included, we definitely wouldn’t have ordered wedges as well. The whole situation felt a bit dodgy and disappointing. This was our only bad dining experience during our stay in New Plymouth.nnThe customer service was very basic and not particularly friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place, there are plenty of other restaurants around with great food and genuine service. I also couldn’t help but notice we were the only customers there, which now makes perfect sense.

We went on a Saturday night it’s was pretty quiet which was perfect! The food there was stunning! We had mussels and sliders. We had a couple of cocktails they were really good! The team there made us feel very welcomed and the service was fantastic.
